- Q:Hi,I just booked a hotel room for Atlantic City for 2 nights. There are three of us. Im reading that priceline will garuntee the room can sleep 2 people. The problem is I think this hotel (3.5star) put us in a room with a king bed instead of double beds. Is there anything we can do? I really dont want to sleep in a bed with another person!
- You can always specify the type of room and number of beds you want whenever booking a hotel. Some guests need separate beds and some want to sleep in the same bed, so hotels offer different bed arrangements. Just make a request.

- It really depends on the toddler, however personally I think it often is better to wait until the child is at least 2 or older or if she/he keep trying to climb out the crib. I think 22 month is about the right time. Make sure she feel comfort with her new bed. Hope it help

- I recommend Carefresh or old towels as bedding. Aspen contains harmful chemicals and shouldn't be used for small animals, even if they aren't pregnant. Toilet paper, when wet, has been known to get stuck on baby rodent's faces and strangle them. I suggest something that is safe, but can handle getting wet. Carefresh, fleece, old towels, paper towel (thicker than toilet paper) or even newspaper would probably be fine. :)
- Q:Anyone who has, or their children have, a captains bed...was it a good investment? Im getting my 4 yr old a bed (currently in a toddler bed)...i found a captain's bed i really like, but it is $349. It is well made, and sturdy, but i was really only planning on spending maybe 300 total, including mattresses. Now with this bed, plus bunky board, and mattress i will be at over 500. - Check out your local Ethan Allen Furniture Gallery for a Captain's bed. Why there? Go when they have their annual sale. You will be able to save $$$ and walk away with an outstanding product, that WILL last for many years to come. As for the bed itself; I think they just get in the way. They are very hard to make(blankets and sheets tend to drift out of reach. Honestly, I would consider something else that will meet your needs for the long haul. Also, try your local membership club such as Sam's , Price Club/Costco, or BJ's for some good bargains on mattresses.

- If you work out late evening take a shake at least an hour after your workout ,then eat a meal for dinner,before your workout take your shake 45 minutes before you workout,early morning drink your shake with your breakfast. Just remember you`re feeding your lean muscle mass,so if you`re taking in to much protein you will store it as fat so be careful and good luck.

- I would only ad to you other responses don't forget what a bed does. It offers comfort and support throughout the night. Sleep rejuvenates the body. I have never felt refreshed after sleeping on a sofa bed.
