- Yes, I do sometimes get creeped out wondering if something small and scary could be lurking in the beds at home. And cleaning isn't enough from what I've read on the news. You have to treat your mattress, box springs and bedding with Permethacin (don't hold me to that spelling) - anyway, it's the chemical in over the counter lice treatment products. Because I live in an apartment community, so close to other people - I purchased a few cans of RID Lice Spray at my local Walgreen's when I moved in and as a preventative measure, sprayed my mattress, box springs, bedding etc. the day I moved in. I also sprayed again 6 months later, and will spray again each 6 months that I live there. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

- I am using bed risers for my full size bed right but it all depends on the bed. I think that you need to check out the label/package (if you still have it) for information on how much weight the risers can hold. If you don't, I would look at other risers that are the store which are similar to yours. I know that mine can only hold 300 pounds, which includes the frame, the mattress, and me... So, it all depends on how heavy your bed is and how durable your risers are!

- Like everyone has said bunk beds allow for more floor space. I have 2 kids and recently purchased bunk beds, they are great the kids love them, best advice purchase a more comfortable mattress, bunk mattresses are not that cozy. Also, if it is for kids i would purchased the Bunky boards or have Home Depot cut more slats. If it is for kids I would go with a wood structure instead of metal, just for the piece of mind. - It's impossible to tell without seeing a captured insect. Several insects look like bed bugs including young roaches, beetles etc. I'd suggest the following: 1. Look at the pictures in the resource 2. Call in an exterminator and show them a sample (online search engine for exterminators in reference 2) 3.
