- Q: I currently need one, so any help would be appreciated.
- You can get rechargeable battery pack and a compact charger at Wal-Mart or almost any big stores. The brand you are looking for is Energizer.
- Q: I have a 1/16th scale blaze rc buggy and I'm wondering what is the minimum it needs to charge so it is fully charged? I usually leave it overnight to charge which is somewhere between 8 and 12 hours. I want to be able to ride it twice a day at least at full charge. So how long?
- Most rechargers have an indicator light when a battery is fully charged. On average most nickel metal hydride batteries only need several hours to fully charge depending on capacity and charger strength.
- Q: Can your Xbox controller recharge from the xbox controller power cable if you put regular rechargeable AA batteries in a standard battery pack instead of buying the designated Xbox rechargeable battery pack? If it's possible, I thought it could be a way I could save money.
- It wouldn't work because you need the special battery pack casing to transfer power from the cable to the batteries. You could always just buy a pack of rechargeable AAs that comes with a battery recharger.
- Q: i recently bought a canon fs100. and i wanna know if its okay to charge it even if its battery's not drained yet.
- Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) batteries are also safe to recharge without fully draining.
- Q: I just bought a new xbox 360 controller with the rechargeable battery pack and cable. I charge the battery fully but it only holds its charge for about 30 min before it dies. I just bought this. It is brand new. Is this how long these things normally last while not plugged in?
- They take 4 hours to charge. Make sure they are fully charged. If they are only holding 30 minutes, you may want to go return them as they sound defective.
- Q: I was looking to getting a Nikon, but it says that the Nikon D3100 and D5000 both use battery packs, are they really worth the trouble? Will I not be able to use my own batteries if the pack happens to go dead?
- I think they are worth the trouble. You wont really be able to use your own batteries with those models. However If you get a Grip for the D90/D80/D200/D7000/D300/D300s/D700 etc you can use Double A batteries with your camera which is really cool
- Q: Will ups battery backup time how to count?
- Battery capacity * Number of battery blocks * 12 * 0.8 / total power = backup time.
- Q: I have one of them car battery jump packs, thing is my gf lost the charger. I'm looking to get a replacement yet I don't know what I'm looking for. Its a EverStart Jump starter. 300amp. The port for the recharging says 12V DC input. What will I look for online or at the store. Also in the same line of questioning, how will I know I am buying the correct male plug.
- Probably the BEST thing to do is go to the EverStart website and look there. That way you will find out exactly what you need with no guessing.
- Q: How should the UPS host root battery pack be identified?
- Battery pack problem, this need to select the product to know the machine's battery DC voltage to determine the brand machine a group of batteries need to use the number of pieces.
- Q: I am building a robot and i do not want to use a lead acid battery, one because it is so heavy and two because i need a lot of energy in a some what small area. If you dont think the lithiums would do the job can you tell what would do a better job. Also do you know of any cheep hydrogen power stations. Thank you
- go to popsci dot com. Check how2.0 ( do it your self thing) I remember seeing a project like that a while ago on making your own batteries, just scroll on the archives, it should not be that old. Good luck on your project!!!
