Q: I accidentaly put my mobile phone in the washing machine? I've taken it apart and dried the water off and not too much water got inside the case. Please help! What do I do?
(1) Put your phone back together (2) Call your cell phone provider and tell them that your phone fell into someone's pool and you need to replace it That's about it. Or, you can go online and find a replacement phone - look for unlocked phones, buy one and put the SIM card into the new phone and you should be 100% fine - thats assuming you dont have Sprint or Verizon or MetroPCS. If you have one of those, then do steps 1 and 2 above.
Q: Mobile phone lost how to set up call transfer?
If your number is the ID card network users, the phone business password, you can hit the man.
Q: i am going to buy a new mobile phoneplzzzzz suggest me something kooooooool
I used to sell them. Nokias are so-so. not bad if you don't do a lot of traveling or if you don't make alot of calls. Samsung are really good. That is what I have currently and I love it. I also really like Kyroceras. they are good if you live in a mountain area but no so good for a coastal are. I noticed that around water they seem to drop more calls. Motorolas are also good but the opposite of Kyroceras. Great around water but lousy in the mountains. I've never had or sold an LG phone but I have heard mixed on them alot like Motorolas. As far a Kooool goes that is personal taste. Be remember if you get one that lets you take pic, downloads ring-tones, etc you also have to pay for the service. So if you don't want the service you don't want to pay for those features on the phone either. No matter what you are told when you buy, no phone is really free. They just make you sign a contract that gets them their money back in the plan. So don't let that be a factor either.
Q: I plan to travel from USA to Germany, and would like to have a mobile phone to keep in touch with my German friends. I have a GSM phone. But if I use my current mobile plan (T-Mobile USA), I will end up with high roaming charges. What's my least expensive option, preferably with free incoming calls in Germany? If it's a German prepaid SIM card, what kind should I look for? Can I order one from home, or buy one after arrival in Germany? Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences.
The German mobile phone network works different from that in the US: Once you have a German SIM (contract or prepaid) in your phone, the European scheme applies which is: Caller pays all, you don't have to pay for airtime. The only problem you might have is that your phone is locked to a T-Mobile contract, so you maybe should by a used mobile (up from 35 euros) and a prepaid sim (up from 10 euros) and submit your new or alternative German numbers to your friends. You can save lots of money by acting like that, instead of feeding t-mobile with roaming charges. IF you move with a German sim to another European country, roaming charges may apply. But it would be stupid not to buy another prepaid sim there
Q: I have the assurance wireless 250 min free and it is with virgin mobile. my friend has an android idk which one and she isn't using it anymore she updated her phone but we wanted to know if we will be able to connect it?
Android phones can't be used on Assurance Wireless, unfortunately. Assurance Wireless only lets you use (some) other Virgin Mobile phones, not including their Android phones (or Blackberry).
Q: I would like to know how to switch a boost mobile phone to Virgin Mobile. Or a Verizon Env Touch to Virgin Mobile
basically GSM telephones could nicely be unlocked, CDMA telephones like sprint be to be flashed. regrettably, Virgin cellular calls so you might basically use Virgin cellular telephones. Do call enhance back, communicate to a various rep approximately your telephone.
Q: I want to get a new mobile - can i get them without a Sim card and have my one in my current phone put in it so i have the same phone number and the same cash on my pay as you go
You can, or you can get one with a SIM already installed and get the mobile phone provider to transfer your old number to the new SIM. This process takes a few days. The main difference is that using your old SIM will mean that you are still using the same network. If a different network is offering the phone and/or calls etc more cheaply, take the second option with a new SIM on the new network, and your old number transfers to the new network.
Q: A dad wants to buy his a daughter a mobile phone but is concerned about the health risks . Give an example of a health risk and describe how Lucy's father should to evaluate the risks when making his decision ,I really need help on this question , its a 3 mark question pleasee help !! Thankss :)
the risk depends on using of phonenot other any risk having with mobile practically
Q: Bluetooth headsets for mobile phones
bluetooth headset and mobile phone goes hand in hand. you can't activate bluetooth without the phone. but using bluetooth headset is better than grabbing your phone at your pocket to answer a call. there is a button on the headset and once you receive a call, just press it and start to talk. press it again after the conversation. there is also a limit of distance wherein you can place your cellphone at the table while you have the bluetooth in you. mine has a distance limit of 10meters away on clear area wherein i can receive the call even if the mobile is a bit away from me. depending on the type of your bluetooth headset. *please be aware that during driving car, you cannot use it as police officers will pull you over if you do so. just like you cannot use the cellphone too.
Q: if i buy a ampd mobile phone then can i use it for cingular?
No, it will NOT work. Amp'd Mobile's phones are MVNO, which piggybacks off of Verizon's CDMA EV-DO network in the US or Telus Mobility's CDMA EV-DO network in Canada. CDMA does not use sim cards. Cingular's phones and network are GSM, which require a sim card in order to work. They are two completely different technologies and are not compatible with each other.
