This burner is 465KW one.
Introduction:
Innovative product in China--biomass burner. Brand: HUAYUAN
Specification: 58~1395KW Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.
The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:
1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.
2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.
3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.
4. HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.
5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.
6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.
7. One-button control system to set fire, feed bunker, and control temperature automatically.
8. Equipped with dust blower system, which could be cleaned after long-time usage. Different size of reducer adapter could be made according to customers' requirement.
9. Widely applied to high temperature required conditions as coal-fired, natural gas-fired and oil burning boiler reconstruction, as well as industrial drying painting.
- Q: how to convert boiler heating to individual or separate heat?
- A boiler can be converted to heat as many areas you want. Each area is called a zone and each zone needs a pump ,the pump controller which convects to a thermostat. the hot water from the boiler can heat baseboard radiators, radiant tube heating under the floor or towel racks, etc. It can also convert the heated water to hot air devices.
- Q: How many scrap iron is a ten tons of coal fired boiler?
- The meaning of the pot refers to the fire in the water on the water container, the furnace refers to the burning of fuel sites, boilers, including pot and furnace two parts.
- Q: What is the procedure for turning on a boiler that heats radiant heaters - to turn on for the winter.?
- with any boiler there is a power switch. make sure it is in make sure the breaker is on.. make sure there is water pressure in the system usually 12 psi. raise the thermostst and the boiler should fire off. give it some time and the circulator pump will kick in pump heat thru the system at this point see that all the rads get hot. if not you may have to bleed out any air trapped in the system.
- Q: trips fused spur,If i remove 1amp fuse and put it back boiler will run for 30-40 minutes then cut out again
- I do not think that you have a one amp fuse. If your problem was through that fuse if it were a one amp it would blow. It is probably be a 10 amp. I think that when the boiler trips out, you then proceed to remove the fuse and replace it, during this time the boiler has cooled down sufficient to allow it to run for another period till it heats up and cuts out through heat again. If your boiler has fully heated the hot water and the central heating, should the latter be programmed, the boiler will keep cutting in and out as it cools down and its own thermostat calls for heat. If this is the case you have nothing to worry about it is normal. I hope this makes sense to you.
- Q: A geothermal heating system has been installed in my house. Previously I used a boiler with cast iron baseboard heat. In case I ever need to return to the boiler, what step should I take to insure that the boiler works in the future e.i. drain the boiler ?
- I don't believe that I would drain a closed system boiler. If the innards of the system is exposed to air, the system has a greater chance to deteriorate due to oxidation than if it is filled with water. Obviously all heat, pilot etc will be shut off in the boiler itself. If you notice any moisture in the boiler the pilot should be fired to dry it out to avoid rusting. The flue pipe should be disconnected and plugged to keep out moisture and varmints. Even with all the previous, the system will not be salvageable when the geo system goes down. Good idea, but is it worth it? Probably not. Getting it up and running would probably be more than a geo fix and then what would you have?
- Q: slant fin boiler furnace (gas) how do they work? Is there anywhere on net that shows diagram and explains what is what ? bought house with one lol looks old and have no clue......
- Go to the Ask Geeves . com website for multiple subsites for your information.
- Q: Possibly only antifreeze
- Almost any fluid can be used in a heating system, if it is designed for it. If you are looking for home heating systems, you will only find ones using cost-effective fluids, for obvious reasons. Glycols are not cost effective to use at 100% concentration because: 1. They are more viscous, and that makes them more difficult to pump, requiring a larger pump and piping. 2. They don't transfer heat as well as water, requiring a larger boiler and radiators. 3. They are expensive, and since they achieve the lowest freezing point in a solution of 40%-60%, you are defeating their purpose and wasting your money to use them at 100%. While ethylene glycol is still in use, it is very toxic to humans and animals, and the environment. Most systems now are using the nontoxic propylene glycol (it is also used in many food products). This is true for automobiles also. It is best to use a glycol for a hydronic system that contains the proper additives to prevent corrosion. Never use automotive antifreeze, as the silicon will damage the system. The two best hydronic glycol products on the market are DowTherm (ethylene) and DowFrost (propylene). They are also more expensive than the generic glycols sold for heating systems.
- Q: Hi all, I am going to replacing my hot water system with Buderus GB142 boiler. I have met 5 contractors. 3 of them suggest me that to get one 135,000 BTU to 140,000 BTU (input) boiler. One of them suggests me to get 84,800 BTU after performed calculations according to ACCA Manual J. One of them suggest that Typically baseboard heat is figured on 550 BTU's per foot. 200 x 550 = 110,000 btu's needed for heat My house is around 2300 sq ft and has 200 ft long of hot water radiators baseboards. What how much BTU should I get for the new boiler?Thank you for your help Kam

- Q: Just bought a triangle tube 150s mod/con boiler. I have done all of my calculations and was just about to get ready to start plumbing the system when I looked at the installation diagram and it has a circulating pump on the return side as well as my independent circulating pumps on the supply side!
- Well, okorder
- Q: i have a Watts 174a pressure valve and it is leaking. Question #1...do these go bad often? #2 what are the steps in replacing one? thank you.
- I assume you are talking about a pressure relief valve. Watts valves are very reliable, but even the best wear out. You will have to shut down the boiler, wait unitl it cools, then remove the valve and put in a new one. You could have the old one rebuilt and keep as a spare.
