This burner is 465KW one.

Introduction:

Innovative product in China--biomass burner. Brand: HUAYUAN

Specification: 58~1395KW  Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.

The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:

1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.

2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.

3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.

4.  HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.

5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.

6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.

7. One-button control system to set fire, feed bunker, and control temperature automatically.

8. Equipped with dust blower system, which could be cleaned after long-time usage. Different size of reducer adapter could be made according to customers' requirement.

9. Widely applied to high temperature required conditions as coal-fired, natural gas-fired and oil burning boiler reconstruction, as well as industrial drying painting.

Q: I asked this question once already, but I guess I didn't give enough info, so I am going to try this again. Bare with me because I honestly don't know anything about this, that is why I'm trying to get info on here. I am currently looking at buying a house that is heated with a boiler furnace. There are base board vents through out the house, and multiple thermostats to control the heating in the different zones of the house. I'm not sure if this also controls the hot water, or if there is a seperate hot water heater. My understanding is that there are lines that run along the base boards, hot water runs through them and some how heats the house?!?! Like I said, I really don't know, and I am just trying to get a better understanding of this system. ANY info on them would be much appriciated, such as cost to replace them, repair them, or service them. Common problems to watch out for, how they opperate, and if it would be better than a regular furnace.
the boiler is like a bank, it makes and stores heat (stored in water) the pipes act as transports to the various branch offices (the zones in the house) the boiler can be independant of the need in the house so that as more heat (or think of money is needed at a branch bank) the valves are opened and the water moves to that location. some systems work by heating water and the water moves by convection to the area needed. the heat is radiated out by convection also, and the water is hot as it has to give off more heat than is being absorbed by the walls, furniture and lost to airmovement into the house and by thermal changes in the room caused by windows or doors opening. the heating with water is a tried and true system and works well, has few moving parts and is my preference to heating though the drawbacks to leaks is a hassell
Q: What is the boiler safety management system?
Third, before the succession according to the provisions of patrol, check and a variety of equipment, including the water table, pressure gauge, blower, induced draft fan, water supply system, lubrication system, cooling water, slag and other equipment into the operation,
Q: I have a Greenstar 12i system Worcester boiler. A few minutes ago the system pressure gauge dropped all the way to red 0 and I need to get it back to at least green 2. I was shown how to adjust it: the boiler comes with a key which you stick into a hole in the bottom of the boiler. Your supposed to push it up this hole and turn it, and it should bring the gauge up. However when I do it nothing is happening. I have spent a good 40 minutes trying to push and turn this key and the gauge isnt adjusting, its very worrying. What am i doing wrong? Should I switch the heating on for a bit and try when its warmed up?
Get someone to give you instructions before you do anything to that boiler. Above all do not 'adjust' anything unless you know what you are doing. They try to 'idiot proof' them, but a mishandled steam boiler is a bomb. Information and user instructions can be found here: www.worcester-bosch .uk/homeowner/pr...
Q: How the boiler is classified
Life boilers: for heating and hot water supply Power plant boilers, marine boilers, locomotive boilers, fire tube (smoke pipe) Boiler: a tube of fire or smoke, the tube is the water boiler.
Q: I have a Procombi boiler and for some weeks now the green light has been flashing intermittently every 0.5 seconds (but working fine). Now however, it is a constant red and fails to work. I suspect this may be an issue with needing to re-pressurise the system (2.3 in the users manual) since the pressure seems low (around 0.3 bar) but I’d like some confirmation of this!Is this something I can sort out easily myself?
You should have a good working understanding of your system before you do anything. It will be worth your money to find and pay someone to help you. You can ask a lot of questions and do it your self next time. If you have say a munchkin boiler do a google search and find a dealer that installs them. You are dealing with pressure, water and air not a good thing. It is great heat when working properly.
Q: We just bought a house with working radiant heat floors connected to a 5 year old Tagaki tankless boiler that works fine, but is only required to come on twice a day.A second domestic boiler needs to be replaced... Can we replace both boilers with just one? Or would we better off leaving it alone and getting a second tankless or other boiler for the domestic water? Thanks!
You can use a water heater for in floor heating applications. It cannot be the same water heater that is used to supply domestic hot water for your house. The water heater isn't really designed to provide heat for radiant heating and it will not provide enough heat in a cold climate for anything other than a supplemental heating system. If this is going to be your only heat, you will be better off using a properly sized propane boiler system for your radiant heating.
Q: How do you figure out the efficiency of a residential boiler system?
Output divided by input. Both numbers should be on cabinet label or manufacturers' specs.
Q: Besides just being old, will a new gas boiler be more efficient, is it safer? What brand or how do I choose? Where should I get it? Should I hire my next door neighbor who does HVAC for a living? (I don't know if he does good work or not. Not much info on Angie's list in my area.) Could/should I install it myself? I'm not afraid - unless you say I should be. :) I have 4 programmable zones and valves. Also - should I be doing any maintenance on this boiler or a new one?
If it is still working, I would get the gas company or contractors to give an estimate of cost and projected efficiency savings. Then decide whether to replace and then decide whether to do it yourself. Check out the needs for permits and inspections and whether you can legally do it yourself.
Q: Please enlighten me, large-scale heating boiler size and heating area how to use it?
Generally match the reasonable heating pipe network, heating the day will be able to feel significantly improved room temperature, heating two days after the start, the room temperature can reach more than 18 degrees
Q: What is the smoke of the boiler?
Flue gas dust used by the force of gravity, centrifugal force, inertial force adhesion and sound waves, static electricity and so on.
