This burner is 465KW one.

Introduction:

Innovative product in China--biomass burner. Brand: HUAYUAN

Specification: 58~1395KW  Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.

The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:

1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.

2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.

3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.

4.  HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.

5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.

6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.

7. One-button control system to set fire, feed bunker, and control temperature automatically.

8. Equipped with dust blower system, which could be cleaned after long-time usage. Different size of reducer adapter could be made according to customers' requirement.

9. Widely applied to high temperature required conditions as coal-fired, natural gas-fired and oil burning boiler reconstruction, as well as industrial drying painting.

Q: I asked this question once already, but I guess I didn't give enough info, so I am going to try this again. Bare with me because I honestly don't know anything about this, that is why I'm trying to get info on here. I am currently looking at buying a house that is heated with a boiler furnace. There are base board vents through out the house, and multiple thermostats to control the heating in the different zones of the house. I'm not sure if this also controls the hot water, or if there is a seperate hot water heater. My understanding is that there are lines that run along the base boards, hot water runs through them and some how heats the house?!?! Like I said, I really don't know, and I am just trying to get a better understanding of this system. ANY info on them would be much appriciated, such as cost to replace them, repair them, or service them. Common problems to watch out for, how they opperate, and if it would be better than a regular furnace.
Definitely worth getting a reputable heating tech to familiarize you with the system and check it out to see how old it is, how efficiently it is running, how clean. They can be expensive to replace, a few years ago I paid about $5,000, but it was an emergency installation when it died in the middle of the winter. If you do need to replace it you can shop around for a much more efficient system. My advice, don't ignore it, and be well aware of what is going on with it. It is money well spent to perform maintenance on a heating system. My furnace heats my hot water as well, but I hear it is more efficient to have an auxillary water tank. They are super insulated and do not call upon the furnace as much to keep the water up to temp.
Q: recently had repairs to the cost 560quid. Why is it that heating is ok but when we run a bath it runs hot for 5 secconds then goes of and then back on again sometimes it locks out and i have to keep resetting it it is a combi and its called ace high by halstead. should i invest in a new one. Also weve had this problem before and the engineer did fix it for a short while. He did say there was no guarantee thet what he did would rectifi. Never had problems before but could it be getting damage due to being in my garage??Thanks in advance
560 quid? what did he fit a solid gold pump? You've been shafted! I can buy those boilers brand new for just over 300! The reason for the boiler locking out, is that there is not enough water getting through the heat exchanger. Make sure main supply taps are turned fully on. Including the inlet to your house. If they are, check that the boiler pressure gauge shows at least 1 bar. If still the same, the automatic air valve on top of heat exchanger might be fastened down. This would let air accumulate along top of boiler and stop water flow. The reason boiler locks out is because it senses the lack of hot water pressure. Good luck.
Q: bryant gas hot water heat system, flames are comin out from bottom up side of cover bout an ich
If you don't know what to check you shouldn't be touching it. If flames are coming out of bottom instead of going straight up then so is carbon monoxide. Do not use get some-one qualified to check it.
Q: Hi - i don't know if anybody can help me... i am having a nightmare trying to repressurise my boiler. A Vokera Syntesi 25e. My filling valve is permanently connected so i did as my boiler instructions said to increase the boiler pressure and turned the filling loop to the vertically down position. I expected to hear water entering the boiler and the pressure to rise but nothing happened. My central heatign system is working fine - all radiators and warm water nice and hot - so I dont know what the problem can be. My pressure is below 1 bar at the moment so would like to increase it. The filling valve loop reaches from the filling valve (the one with the three normal/off/filling loop positions) along the loop to another tap on the left which has a black knob marked with open/shut in two directions. What is this and am i supposed to do anything with that? Any help would be much appreciated
sounds like a valving problem. you could have that 3-way valve in the wrong position. trace the pipe and make sure its piped to the fill line. besides that try the valve in all three positions and see if pressure rises. if not then maybe the valve is busted or there is another valve up or down stream that is closed. remeber not to fill too high because that water ur adding is going to heat up and make the pressure go even higher after alittle run time
Q: * Tube materials used in Boilers for Power generation stations.* Economizers materials is needed.* Superheaters materials.* Pressure Limitations for those Tubes.* Can you suggest ANY sites for these Topics? , Any suggested sites must be FREE
boilers are made from plate not tube.. large plates are rolled welded by coded welders....tube coming out of the boilers are purchased from tube manufacturers..they are made to meet the standard....... steam is a funny beast...200psi doesnt seem like much.. if your talking compressed air your local hardware shop can sell you a compressor that would pump that sort of pressure..... HOWEVER steam is different..ever poped the top of a hot car radiator......they run at about 10 psi...multiply that effect by 20 you get the idea with steam...200 psi will cut your body in half....but its OK you wont bleed..It corterizes as it goes through.. NOT STUFF TO BE FOOLED AROUND WITH..boiler explosions can take out a city block or two..
Q: What are the internal devices of the drum?
The action of the soda separation device is to separate the saturated steam from the water wall from the water and minimize the small water droplets carried in the steam.
Q: The useful life of gas - fired boilers
Consider the replacement of it at that time certainly signed the contract by the contract is done in Shandong Lao Wan Boiler
Q: How to turn on my boiler?
BOILER? Do you mean Water Heater? Is it gas, or electric.... Would you please give a bit more info, and I will be glad to help you!
Q: 14MW hot water boiler is how many tons
So the landlord's 14MW hot water boiler is 20 tons of hot water boiler
Q: I have an old Weil-McLain oil/hot water furnace system that the repair man said was probably installed in the 40s or 50s. During recent maintenance on it, I was informed that the boiler was leaking internally causing the stack switch to short out and also preventing the burner from firing. The maintenance man also said I'd have to get a new furnace installed. I asked why he just couldn't fix the leak and he replied that in the old days he could just pack it with some asbestos and that would take care of it, but asbestos can't be used any more. I wanted another opinion as to why a leaking boiler necessitates purchasing and installing a whole new furnace and why just the leak can't be repaired. Where is the boiler? I though it was the large cylinder over the furnace, but the maintenance man said that was just the expansion tank. Is it inside the furnace?
Yep a boiler will outlast any furnace all day long if properly maintained. Ive seen and worked on 50 year old boilers. While they were gas guzzlers to say the least they were still plugging away As the other poster stated above me if ANY asbestos is on that old puppy, bend over on the removal costs. I would just replace it and update it a more modern boiler. You save a TON of money in fuel savings. You possible could have it repaired, but at the cost of the repair and the age its not worth it. You have to be a licensed welder and certified for boilers. Then after the repair the stat is suppose to inspect it, as it classified as a pressure vessel. At least thats how they do it where Im at. So in short your going to pay a TON of money to repair this thing and whos to say its not going to leak somewhere else, you'll be back in the same boat. And you out to call a HVAC company if going back with a boiler that specializes in boilers installs. Or you will have nothing but problems down the road
