This burner is 465KW one.
Introduction:
Innovative product in China--biomass burner. Brand: HUAYUAN
Specification: 58~1395KW Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.
The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:
1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.
2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.
3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.
4. HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.
5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.
6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.
7. One-button control system to set fire, feed bunker, and control temperature automatically.
8. Equipped with dust blower system, which could be cleaned after long-time usage. Different size of reducer adapter could be made according to customers' requirement.
9. Widely applied to high temperature required conditions as coal-fired, natural gas-fired and oil burning boiler reconstruction, as well as industrial drying painting.
- Q: what 'exactly' does the 'high output' relate to?where can I find a sectional view drawing on the web showing how the water is heated via flue gases?
- High Output relates to the heat output of the boiler rated in kW or mW. Look on the web for power station boiler Design, these are very high output boilers, also look at steam locomotives.
- Q: I have lived in my house for 1 1/2 years and have not had my boiler checked. I was recently told by a colleague that it should be checked once a year and it is the landlords responsibility. Is this true? My landlord is threatening to charge me for the check if I want one. Thanks
- There is probably no ordinance stating that it must be serviced annually, just that it need to be in good working condition. If it's working fine, then you shouldn't have any issues. If it isn't, then that is your complaint.
- Q: along with the blue light, which is flashing intermittently ..ive tried re-setting it with no luck...anyone know what I should do? My plumbers a bit stuck too!
- the reset button is to do with the limit stat on your boiler-by law these have to be manual overide not automatic, like conventional stats. it goes off because of overheating on the boiler it's because the boiler cannot disapate its heat quickly enough-my guess would be either the fan or the pump has gone, which would mean replacement-get an engineer in
- Q: hi,would i be correct in assuming that all limiting factors remaining constant, an increase in boiler steam pressure will also increase output to turbine and of power generated? also, if so, will increasing pressure through using more coal (thru quantity/quality) also necessitate high amount of expenditure on refurbishing the systems?thankssameer
- You are correct in the first part - increasing boiler pressure will increase turbine output as the higher pressure steam will contain more heat energy. As for the second part, I will say a cautious yes. Increasing the coal quantity will increase demand and wear on conveyors transporting the coal, increased wear on the milling plant grinding the coal (assuming modern pulverised fuel plant) and increased demand on the fans both supplying combustion air and removing flue gases. I do not see a great change in wear on these fans so I do not think there will be an increased maintenance need. There will also be a greater demand and wear on the ash and dust disposal plant with resultant increased maintenance requirement. As far as changing the quality of the coal is concerned, if the new coal has a higher calorific value but the same hardness and ash content, there will be a higher heat output to the steam but no extra demand on milling plant and ash disposal plant. However, if the hardness of the coal rises, there will be increased wear and increased maintenance. Sorry if the last part is a qualified answer but it really depends on how the coal changes - calorific value, hardness, ash content etc....
- Q: What is a waste heat furnace?
- Waste heat boiler is an energy saving and environmental protection project, which reduces the waste discharge, greatly reducing the environmental pollution, while the heat for a certain recovery.
- Q: Our boiler in the building keeps flicking on and off and on and off and the pipes keep making these loud cracking sounds. Anyone know what causes that? (already waiting to here back from the landlord)
- The boiler probably has either too much, or not enough water in it. Look at it and see if there is a glass tube that shows water level. There should be a mark on it to show you where the level should be.
- Q: Please help :( in terms of conduction, radiation etc (:

- Q: slant fin boiler furnace (gas) how do they work? Is there anywhere on net that shows diagram and explains what is what ? bought house with one lol looks old and have no clue......
- basically it works like this ...the boiler part heats the water and keeps it a certain temperature . this is controlled by thermosttats that connect to relays to turn the gas valve on or off when your water gets to cold or to hot ..when your house thermostat calls for heat this turns a pump on which circulates the hot water through the piping in your house to the various registers....until your house reaches a desired temperature then pump kicks off...the house thermostat also controls whether the boiler actually heats the water or not...if you dont need heat the water cools down and the cold water thermostat tells the boiler it is ready for the gas valve to heat water but it cannot do so until your house thermostat tells the boiler to start the pump and to start heating water..the hot water thermostat is independent and turns the gas off once the water has reached the desired temperature and the gas will stay off until the cold water thermostat tells the gas valve to come back on as long as your house thermostat is calling for heat....once your house gets warm everything shuts down and waits for next heating cycle when your house thermostat calls for heat again.. there is also a expansion tank that allows the hot water to expand without causing knocking noises...here is alink to a site that explains it in depth www.usace.army.mil/publications/armytm/t...
- Q: I cannot find anything on the manufacturer website, and they don't reply to my e-mails.Boiler Model Num: JOT-3H-WBoiler Serial Num: JO-68035I am looking for a best case scenario - how efficient are boilers made in 1980's?...Thanks!

- Q: All of a sudden I have no hot water at home. I went to check out the boiler and water is leaking from the top, around the pipe that expels the fumes on the top of the boiler. It leaks though the joints of the metal where the hole for the fumes is. As soon as I cut the water to the boiler it stops leaking. The boiler is about 10 years old and I have very hard water in my area. Is it possible that it went kaput? how do I fix it?
- The boiler is about 10 years old Is it possible that it went kaput Oh, yeah. how do I fix it? Replace it. It's corroded and the cost in labor to try to fix it will outstrip the cost of a new boiler.
