Q: i'm 16, is it embarrassing to have a prepaid phone on virgin mobile?because my parents took away my other phone last year becase my grades went down, and that's all they let me have now. and do they have full keyboard phones on prepaid?do you have to use cards to pay for service?: if you don't get the cards every month i'm pretty sure you can pay electronically with a credit card. and virgin mobile has one phone called the wildcard. it flips open and there's a full keyboard. its kinda like the sprint rumor but it flips instead of slides. p.s. the only people that will think the name virgin mobile is funny is only really inmature guys

Q: I have a Samsung t209 Red, and it is being a pain. Even when my phone has full bars, it says I have no service. I've tried to get support on the T-Mobile site, but since I can't recieve anything on my phone, it is useless. Am I able to use any phone, and then just put in the serial number and stuff like normal, or does it have to be a Virgin Mobile phone?: Hi, you can choose any phone you like but you will have to get it unlocked to the virgin network. Most independent phone shops can unlock it for you or alternatively have a look on OKorder for the phone you want and look for an 'unlocked' one. Hope this helps.

The phone have a circuit that allows them to tune to the allocated frequency. It is even capable of changing frequency when you move from a cell to a different one and are switching towers, without interrupting the flow of the communication. They also use a lot of other techniques to compress the information, divide it in packets and label them so that each set knows if the information is directed to them or not.

Straight Talk will not accept a Boost Mobile phone, period. 2.) Boost Mobile phones are not compatible with Straight Talk's GSM SIM cards. 3.) Boost Mobile phones with SIM card slots are either iDEN (which will not work with a GSM SIM card), or are locked from being used outside of Boost Mobile.
