45RCS20 Series Hoisting Mechanism
Introduction
Such production are independently developed and manufactured by our company based on mature technologies of French Potain Company with rated hoisting weight of 8t,10t,12t and 16t.Horizontal and vertical motor mounting types and different rope capacity are available for users. Such products adopt two winding 3-phase asynchronous motors and series excitation speed regulation circuit which realize interactive effects via gear assembly to constitute speed regulating system with features of wide range of speed regulation, high-speeding hoisting, low-speed positioning, stable speed change and high working efficiency. The mechanism adopts L-shap in overall layout and employs winding drum of Lebus grooves with large rope capacity, which can prevent disorder in case of multilayer winding of wirerope and satisfy wide use demands of high-rise building construction, hoisting of large equipment & construction member, etc.

- Q:How do cranes get put together?
- Hey Sir Fing, While watching a skyscraper being built here in San Diego, I asked the same question. For the tallest buildings, it is built in to the building and when they are finished, the top portion is lowered down. For a smaller building, it is assembled and hoisted by... A larger crane! Interesting, isn't it? Great question! James in San Diego
- Q:ok I found an injured crane what do I feed it?
- Cranes are omnivores. But I would feed crane with vegetarian stuff like grain, berries, plants, roots, seeds, stems, bulbs, fruits, nuts. But if you want make it non vegetarian then rodents, fish, amphibians, snakes, rodents, lizards, small fish, frogs, shellfish, mollusks and crustaceans.
- Q:If a friend folded a thousand paper cranes for you what would you think?
- That they have too much time on their hands.
- Q:I'm trying to workout the best height of a truss for a ship-to-shore container crane project. The crane will have a 65m outreach, 18m center section and 15m backreach. I was thinking in the region of 2m-3m truss height.Any input would be great. Thanks
- Jimmy: The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) produces design standards for many types of cranes: see the link below. Many crane owners, licensing and governmental authorities having jurisdiction over cranes require design, fabrication and testing to ASME standards.
- Q:my sister would like to know this for some strange and bizzar reasion
- It depends on how many people are making them. Depending on skill it takes about 2-5 minutes to make a crane. If you dedicate 5 hours a day that makes 7-50 days if one person is making them. Cranes are often made for memorial. It is a Japanese tradition, especially for Hiroshima. You make 1000 cranes as a memorial for the lost lives. She should definitely get her friends to help.
- Q:in design of steel structures as per asce2005 or ibc2006 ,what load combinations are to be considered when crane loads and seismic loads are present?
- Asd Load Combinations
- Q:Do the characters develop a sense of brotherhood. If so will it be temporary or permanent
- They absolutely do - as anyone who has ever tried to row a boat with another person can understand. The key here is the correspondent who is described as someone who has developed a distrust for people. He has seen a lot of things and as a reporter, he has kind of trained himself to view them impartially and not become involved. Crane discusses that when he talks about the correspondent seeing the dead soldier in Algiers. However, now his basic survival depends on him becoming involved with people. He has to take orders from the captain. He has to take turns rowing with the oilman. Eventually when the boat becomes too heavy, they take turns holding on from the water. It's basic survival now and the only way it works is by them developing a brotherhood and working as a team. I dont think it will be permenent - the correspondent will go his own way - back to reporting. However I think that he will take with him a new view of people - an empathy which will make him a better correspondent. Pax - C.
- Q:across the street from my work, there are three big cranes. It seems like they just popped up over night. anyone know how they get them built?
- If okorder /.. Crawler cranes/ have tracks like a bulldozer/ normally have a larger lifting capacity and are brought to the work site on multiple semi-trucks. Then put together with smaller cranes. Hope this answers most of your questions. Wingman
- Q:What kind of force acting in the brake system which encounter the lifting material force and to maintain its level.
- Cranes work using hydraulics and cables. The cables are wrapped around pulleys and the pulley is turned using hydraulic power. The brake system is simply stopping the pulley from turning by reducing power. The hydraulic system typically will turn a series of gears which in turn spins the pulley that the cable is wrapped around. It's different than a brake system say on a car where when you hit the brakes, pads squeeze on the interior of the wheel rim slowing it down. Cranes you just reduce power and stop the pulley from turning. They also have emergency stops. Older cranes have wedges that would be released onto the cable and then the wedges would grab the cable and slip into a ring. The narrow end of the wedges would slip into the ring first and then as the wedges increased in diameter the grip on the cable would get tighter and then stop the cable from moving. They also have systems on the pulleys to stop the pulley from spinning. They essentially work the same way as a car break. When the emergency brake is triggered, pads will squeeze on the rim of the pulley to stop it. These mechanisms work by friction. They could also have holes around the pulley and a steel pin would be pushed into one of the holes to stop it from spinning. Of course if the force of the weight exceeded the strength of the pin, it would shear.
- Q:How do they get the tower cranes (the ones used to build sky scrapers) so high? It's not like they can ship them all in one piece so how do they make them taller? I've always wondered that...
- Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role. Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore
