45RCS20 Series Hoisting Mechanism

Introduction

Such production are independently developed and manufactured by our company based on mature technologies of French Potain Company with rated hoisting weight of 8t,10t,12t and 16t.Horizontal and vertical motor mounting types and different rope capacity are available for users. Such products adopt two winding 3-phase asynchronous motors and series excitation speed regulation circuit which realize interactive effects via gear assembly to constitute speed regulating system with features of wide range of speed regulation, high-speeding hoisting, low-speed positioning, stable speed change and high working efficiency. The mechanism adopts L-shap in overall layout and employs winding drum of Lebus grooves with large rope capacity, which can prevent disorder in case of multilayer winding of wirerope and satisfy wide use demands of high-rise building construction, hoisting of large equipment & construction member, etc.

Q: Do you believe in the 1000 folded paper cranes give you a wish? What is the entire process in it all?And can they be in another persons hand like if I make 1000 an a few are at my friends possession will it work?
I do believe in it, somewhat. Years ago one of my teachers who had cancer made 1000 paper cranes and then beat it shortly after. I'm not sure about the process, or how it works exactly, but I do think that I believe in it. she still has those paper cranes hanging up in her classroom.
Q: What is a tower crane without a collector?
The advantage of the collector is that the tower crane can be turned on one side without any limit, and how many circles can be turned. The tower crane is basically not equipped with collector, because collector generally needs to be located at the center of the tower's turning center, so it is inconvenient for operators to go up and down.
Q: I need to know how Stephen Crane came up with writing the Red Badge of Courage. I need examples of his life experiences that he had and then he put them in the Red Badge of Courage.
In March 1893, while spending hours lounging in his friend Corwin Knapp Linson's studio while having his portrait painted, Crane became fascinated with old Civil War issues of the Century published between 1884 and 1887. Largely devoted to famous battles and military leaders, the writing was dry and lifeless and Crane, frustrated, said to Linson, I wonder that some of those fellows don't tell how they felt in those scraps. They spout enough of what they did, but they're as emotionless as rocks. Crane returned to these magazines during subsequent visits to Linson's studio and eventually the idea of writing a war novel overtook him. He would later state that he had been unconsciously working the detail of the story out through most of his boyhood and had imagined war stories ever since he was out of knickerbockers. This novel, which he believed would make him famous, would ultimately become The Red Badge of Courage. From the beginning, Crane wished to show what it felt like to be in a war by writing a psychological portrayal of fear. Conceiving his story from the point of view of a young private who is at first filled with boyish dreams of the glory of war and then quickly becomes disillusioned by war's reality, Crane borrowed the private's surname, Fleming, from his sister-in-law's maiden name. Crane would later tell Hamlin Garland that the first words and paragraphs came to him with every word in place, every comma, every period fixed.
Q: Hello, i am goin in on Dec 5 to write the millwright C of Q for the 3rd time. On the test there was a question that went something like this The crane is rated 40Ton, with a boom lenght of 40ft and at an angle of 70 deg. The jib is 8ft long on a 10 deg angle. What is the sefe working load. The numbers are not correct but that is how the question is phrased. Please help me with the formula. I cannot find it anywhere.
Normally you would get a chart for that crane and you look up the SWL at the extension and angle you would want to use, but you can calculate this too. Basic formula; mass*distance = newmass*newdistance, in the case you have described you have to take into account that the distance is not the load arm as it is not at a right angle to the force the mass has and therefore you would have to work that out via trigonometry. Any clearer?
Q: need a 5 ton jib crane design with drawing please help, boom 12ft hub 16ft?

Q: Are there influence about Microwave and electromagnetic waves on the tower crane?
if the spread is just in the microwave communications channel or radio transmitting antenna in the vicinity, will be subjected to microwave and high-frequency electromagnetic waves Interference, even if it is in all the tower crane hook when the closing power is outage
Q: The rated lifting capacity of a tower crane refers to what is allowed and what is allowed to be divided by the crane
The total quality of the crane rated liftingweightincludes the lifting load and the hook and rope a simplified example, such as the rated lifting weight of 100 tons, the quality of the hook and spreader for 5 tons, the actual quality of the goods can lift 95 tons.
Q: I am 15 years old and into urban exploration. The only thing I haven t done yet is climb a crane. I don t want a big lecture on the dangers because I am fully aware of how dangerous it is and am also fully confident in my abilities. I am also ready to take full responsibility if I were caught. Although I know its Illegal, I don t know how Illegal it is and I would like to know the following...1. Will Crane Climbing get me charged with criminal trespassing?2. Will I get time in Juvenile?3. Is it possible that I could accidentally activate/deactivate something that would endanger the workers?4. What would happen if a worker got ahold of me?And again I feel like I need to mention that I don t want a Bull **** lecture on it not being safe. :)
It's quite illegal. The penalties will be severe. That's nice you think you take responsibility. When you fall and injure yourself, you will not have the money to pay your medical bills, including your years on life support in a coma, etc. You'll be dumping that responsibility on everyone else. You do not just magically take responsibility by saying you do.
Q: i have a 100 ton american crawler crane. how do i calculate the psf, for this equipment.
Not sure what you are asking exactly... Are you saying that you have a crane with a capacity of 100 tons and you want to know the pressure on the soil where the crane is positioned? In this case, you take the capacity (in pounds) plus the weight of the crane (in pounds) then divide their sum by the area of the tracks on the crane (in square feet). This will result in pounds per square foot or psf as you wrote above. These are example estimates, they may not be anywhere near the correct answer, this is simply how to do the calculation. Assumed Capacity 100 ton = 200,000 lbs. Assumed Weight 105 ton = 210,000 lbs. Assumed Area of Track = 200 square feet Note: 1 U.S. ton = 2,000 pounds = 2,000 lbs. 410,000 lbs / 200 square feet = 2,050 psf There's a start, now you just need to find out how much it actually weighs and how long and wide the tracks are to get the area of the track on the ground. I hope that answers the question you were asking.
Q: Question says it all. On the Yahoo homepage, there is a breaking story that you can not click on, stating the NY fire department are responding to a building collapse, but when you try searching it, only a story about a crane comes up in Yahoo search engine. Anyone know if it's 2 different stories or the same thing?
Yes there was a fire on a 4 story buildilng 8th and 14th St. The outer facade of the building collapsed. The fire dept was fighting the fire. Then they've got a crane on a highrise that is dangling. They said they have to get inspectors to climb the 74 stories of stairs to go inspect it. Now they are also saying it's an extra tropical storm with a cold core which turned it into a super storm. Everyone thinks the eye came in but no it reformed and eye has not come in yet the weather service said. If it combines with all that cold arctic air more people are going to get blizzard like conditions.
