- I have skated may bearings in my day and by the far the most bang for your buck is bone swiss chinese reds. They're super fast, durable and easy to clean I have had the pair I am using now for over a year and a half and I skate at least 3 times a week. The best part is they are only about 20 bucks.

- It all really depends on the application. But usually there is only one set of thrust bearings, and they are usually formed as part of the center main bearings. Sometimes they may be on the outer two mains, but they are almost always part of the main bearings.

- buy okorder /. this is what i do and works great take off all the rubber shields with a sewing pin put bearings in bones cleaning bottle put some denatured alcohol in it shake it up dump the alcohol do it again blow dry the bearings put bones speed cream or tri-flow and your good don't use wd-40 and when you pop out the rubber shields take a sewing pin and go from the back side and push it out strait and don't angle it and if it spins for at least 20 seconds it should be fine if you tightened the wheels too much it will spin slower and break faster
- Q: I have a 1994 Lexus 300 GS. I have been told that My wheel bearings are bad.. I drove it anyway and one day I heard a pop and now my power steering is not working? I can start it and drive I just can't turn the wheel very well. I tried power steering fluid, and the belt is ok. Can it be the pump or just the wheel bearings or maybe both? I did not know if the wheel bearings had anything to do with the power steering?
- the powersteering pump could be shot, and yes it does strain the steering pump with bad bearing due to side force at the spindle, start the car and take the cap off of the steering pump and look with a flash light to see if the fluid moves when turning the wheel(help to have someone else turn it but not too fast) if fluid is flowing you have a steering system problem that could kill you and others and get it towed to a shop or get someone who knows auto mechanical to fix it. there are many things that can effect the steering(cv axles/ball joints(struts)/power steering pump/rack and pinion(possible/means no steering at 55 when it goes completely)) too many things to show and or figure here. it is a task to do the wheels bearings and they can go so bad the wheel CAN fall off, and then the poop has hit the fan and possibly someone else, so if it was just someone who said the bearings was bad, get a more educated opinion. And if single marry a mechanic (it's cheaper lol)

- listen up kiddo cuz i know what im talking about. First off, there are two good beginer's boards. Zero, which is my personal favorite, and Alien Workshop, which I've heard a lot of good things about. Alien Workshops are over all good boards, and zero is good for street skating and getting high ollies. The next thing, is trucks. I think that the top trucks brands are Krux, Grind King, and Phantom 2. But really, all the trucks are virtually the same. You can ask anyone, Zero Black Widdow Bearings are the best.... Spitfire wheels are the best wheels... Stay away from brands like Blind [which cracks easily] and Birdhouse [They are designed for vert skating, and are VERY VERY hard to ollie with because they are really heavy.] Also element are generally cheap and flimsy. Shoes are all the same, just pick whatever looks good. ^__^ If you already know how to ollie, thats great [Push down with your backfoot on the tail of the board, and slide your front foot up the board and jump]. But it takes a while to ollie, so you really need to keep practicing as much as possible [It took me around 2 months to finally ollie], and watch as many skate videos. If you follow those two things, you will be ollie-ing in no time. good luck.

- bones are the bearings most wanted, but people usually go with mhs or mini logos just because of price. as long as they spin, they will work. just don't go spend $150 on some bones swiss ceramic abec9 crap that are barely better than some random $10 bearings you can get in zumiez. btw for boards look at kracked skulls. you can find many 5% off discounts on line.

- bearings-bones reds, fast and they last a long time too trucks- i usually buy ventures but they're pretty heavy for the wheels,ricta, and find a wheel size thats perfect for you i always buy 53's
