- gunk makes an engine de-greaser that works really well ,and yo do have the right idea on how to do it,try to keep all the electrical parts dry if possible,most of them are sealed off,but you still don't want to soak them to much,i clean every engine before i work on them in the shop,it makes them a lot easier to work on,all you need to do is take your time with it,and don't get the distributor cap wet on it,if you do it probably wont start and run to well,other than that ,all you got to do is take your time with it,and you,ll get it back to looking good,be careful when using high pressure it can blow vacuum hoses loose on it also,good luck with it.

- Are you heating metal? If not why dont you try this? Use the ceramic plate as the base and place the copper wire on top of that in the zig Zag fashionThis way you can place whatever it is you need to heat (hopefully non-metal) directly onto the wireUsing this set up, you actually don't need a material with a high thermal conductivity, actually the worse the betterIf you are heating a metal try covering the wire with a very thin(sanded down) piece of ceramic.

- First let us define diaherra as more than 3 bowel movements a dayThen let's define high fiber as more than 25 grams of fiber per dayIf you veggie drink has more than 35 grams of fiber or your total intake of fiber is more than 35 gramsthis could cause some over action of the bowelMy advice is to get 20 to 25 grams of fiber daily and stop overdoing fiber every two weeks Also make sure you clean your juicer and wash your veggies throrouhly.
