General Information of Ceramic Fiber Blanket

Ceramic fiber blanket is a needled blanket that is made from high purity spun ceramic fiber, suitable for high temperature insulation up to 2300°F.

Ceramic fiber blanket is made from high quality Kao-Ling clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process.

Ceramic fiber blanket is asbestos free. Double-side needling provides ceramic fiber blanket with great tensile or handing strength for easy installation.

FAQ

Q1: How do you control the products quality?

A1: With strict quality control system throughout the materials selection and production process, our refractory and ceramic fiber products quality is effectively controlled to meet customer requirements.

From the raw materials selecting, our quality control begin. The quality certificates of raw materials are required and each batch will be tested before using. During production, the quality control is conducted by workers and then each piece will be sorted and examined by quality supervisors.

Q2: What`s the lead time for my order?

A2: It depends on customers’ requirements and our production schedule. And usually we need 30-60 days for refractory bricks, 10-25 days for unshaped refractory materials and 10-20 days for ceramic fiber blankets.

Q3: Can you offer Door-to-Door delivery?

A3: Yes, but only for some countries such as U.S., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia, etc.

Q4: What is the minimum quantity?

A4: There is no minimum order quantity. Depending on the item and processing, there may be a minimum production required, however we can offer a quotation based only on the quantity you need.

Q5: Can you give me a brief introduction of the application of your products?

A5: CNBM (China National Building Material) core refractory business comprises the production, sale and installation of high-grade refractory products, the development and implementation of customized system solutions as well as rendering outstanding services for the key industries in Glass, Iron& Steel, Petrochemical, Cement, Ceramic and Nonferrous Metals.

Q: I have an old pine blanket chest that I found covered in dirt and greaseI was not concerned with it's possible $$ value (it was filthy anyway) so I scrubbed it with TSP cleaner, soap, putty knife, steel wool, etcIt is clean nowWhat I want to do is recreate that smooth (kinda shiny) patina raw old wood gets after years of handlingThere has to be a way to do this without coating it with varathane and things like thisCan anyone help?
Oil and burnishSoak the wood in some tongue oil or similar oil finishLet it soak overnightAfter it's soaked, use a piece of hardwood like oak or maplePress down firmly but evenly and rub the hardwood over the pine running parallel to the grain of the pineThis is burnishingThe more you rub the wood with a harder wood the smoother the finish will be (if you're good at it, using the corner of a maple board works the best, using it like you would a hand planer, but uneven pressure can leave lines)Soaking with oil softens the wood fiber enough to make it malleable for burnishing, and adds that soft gleamBurnishing lines up and presses the wood fibersHope it helps.
Q: I've been trying to eat healthier latelyand the other night I made cream of broccoli soup and it had a lot of broccoli and I went diarrhea like four times the next dayAnd I made veggie burgers last night for dinner and it has lentils and some other stuff and they have a lot of fiber in them and I didn't go to the bathroom but my stomach hurts and I know I probably will later or somethingI mean I love eating this stuff but I don't want to eat it if it's gonna give me diarrhea and I'm gonna have to go through this pain every time I eat itIs there any way I can help with it I guess.? Thanks x x
Maybe you just need to give your body the chance to adjust to all of the additional fibreIf your digestional system is used to eating foods that would normally clog you up then maybe it just needs time to re-adjustPerhaps it's your body's way of detoxing and clearing out all of the crap it has been fed up till now.?
Q: I'm not pregnant, just ttc, but I don't think I'll be able to give up my uber-hot baths (unless it's bad for the baby of course.) I know hot-tubs are sonsidered a no-no- what about a hot shower? And how hot is too hot anyway? What about heating pads/blankets??)
A bath that is near to hot tub temperature is not okay, especially if it's going to be leisurely bathThe reason is that it raises yours and the baby's body temperatures - and the baby doesn't have a way to cool itself down like you do so it can be very dangerousI would recommend sticking to just warm bathsAs for the shower, it's not really the same thing because your body temperature doesn't go up as fast in the shower and you aren't in the shower for as long as you are in the bath (generally) anywayBut, still, might want to stay away from extremely high temperaturesHeating pads and blankets are definitely okay when not used directly on the abdomenIf you are going to put a heading pad on your abdomen, keep it at its lowest setting and don't leave it very longYou are worried about raising the baby's body temperature, but that won't happen like as soon as you place the heating pad on you, espat a low temperature.
Q: we are manufacturing company making large volumes of cotton and blended yarns and fabricswe also generate lots of cotton wasteI hate to seel the waste in that same formcan i convert this into some other product like converting them into paper boards or something else
yeah i say use a good fire clay with high grog amounts, this way you can fire it.or not and have a really good paintable surface, your more expensive alternative is Super Sculpey which is fantastic because you can bake it and stuff but its really expensive and fire clay is pretty suitable for your projectMake sure you use a good armature for that flower, clay wont really work on a thin leafy build unless there is a metal wire inside of itAnd as far as sturdy goes.regular good ol Plasticine should be sturdy enough.as long as you make a mold out of it and like make it in plaster so you can paint it
Q: The attic has insulation at the floor joistsIt is the kind with the plastic all around itI want to put more on top.The basement is unconditioned, with a modern natural gas furnace in itThe only heat in the basement is any heat loss from this furnace which is minor. Please give information on R-Values and Vapor BarriersWhere do you usually get your best deals on it?
First remove the plastic form the top of the insulation in the atticI would use blown cellulose loose fill in the atticR-19 There a few ways to insulate the basement, 1.R-19 fiberglass batts between the floor joistBe sure to block the joist ends2spray foam3stretch fiberglass fabric across the bottom of the floor joist and blow loose fill cellulose into the cavity4attach 2 foam board to the basement wallsCall an insulation company, most often they can do the installation for about the same price as it would to buy the materials and install it yourself.
Q: Ok so to be a little more specific: I have a comforter that I've been using for the last year and it has accumulated a billion of these stupid fuzz balls that attach themselves to itI know that you can buy some little device to get rid of them but at this point there are just too manyWhat are these from? They are all bluish and, as far as I know, I don’t own any blue pjsI am going to buy a new comforter and I would really like to prevent this from happening again. They are also not from the washer/dryer- I know that for sure.
Not a problem at allI freeze baked goods all the timeJust make sure its well wrapped.
Q: I live in a partially-cement, three-story houseAll the floors and ceilings are 6quot; of cement and the walls are woodI have an unheated garage on the first floor with heating duct work attached to the garage cement ceiling with cement nailsThis is to support the living room heating needs on the second floorI would like to isulate the heating ducts in the unheated garageWhat is my best choice or are the options l am listing below even possible?a) Hire a contractor to seperate and insulate the heating ducts and then reattach to the cement ceilings with cement nails againb) Find heating duct insulation that can be attached to the existing heating ducts with heavy duty spray-on glueDoes this even exist?c) Spray additional insulation on the heating ductsIs this even possible?d) I'm open to any other ideas.
1-2 2+3 And your not gonna get much help from ppl you call nerds.
