What is best and will hold it's value longer?Thanks!: My horse is blanketed early so she doesn't grow as long of coat then I clip herI have various weights of blanket however not sure how much filling yours have but she has a blanket on from +5 downThe important thing when they are blanketed is that they don't over heatI'm not sure how much of a coat your horse has on too but the only problem with blanketing is it flattens the hair and the horse is less insulatedIf I were you since your horse normally isn't blanketed I wouldn't and unless he is shaking or is showing signs of being cold leave the blanket off!!!!
