1. For Full Polished Glazed Porcelain Tile, is the size 80*80 cm available?
—— Yes, 80*80 is available. For domestic market, 80*80 is more popular, but for foreign market, 60*60 is demanded more.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1152 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Here are my questions: Is 4% a low percentage for asbestos tiles? Is this low enough to be trivial or of lessor concern when taking on DIY removal? The pros quoted me $1300 for removal and an additional $275 for an air quality test/certification. Is this a fair price for about 500 square feet of tiles? Is air quality testing really necessary given the low percentage of asbestos in my tiles? Or, are they just making money off the fear and hysteria around asbestos?
- You can put things over the asbestos but if you ever sell the house it'll cost y you. It's very expensive to remove asbestos because if you break it up and disturb it in the removal process everything has to be sealed off. I'm guessing a few grand to do that job. If you don't plan on ever selling you can just tile over it with little issue. You may not have to abate the asbestos if you sell but if you sell without telling them it's in there you can get into a lawsuit so be aware. He is right about it being only harmful if disturbed though.
- Q: Can you lay down those adhesive floor tiles on top of existing tiles? If so, what kind of prep do you need to do to make sure they stick properly. I‘m not sure what type of tiles are in place now, but they are similiar to the types used in schools and other institutions. Very cheap, flexible, and bland. I want to lay something down in place of them, but don‘t want to rip them up. Is that possible? Thanks!
- I wouldn't sign my name to a job as you describe, (no offense) and I've installed thousands of sq. ft. of flooring. BUT...If you absolutely don't want to remove the old, and have a sense of their substance (you state school type) perhaps a commercial grade thick vinyl? School type and/or older commercial types are often not exactly flexible and can crack; especially on corners or fitting that is too tight. Certainly you can take the time and effort to rough up the existing. You can also use Lacquer thinner (albeit smelly) to destroy any possible finish from the manufacturer. I do have a suggestion I state in every Vinyl tile Q however. Go to a Lowes or HD. Purchase a gallon or whatever of a water based contact cement. DuPont might be one manufacturer. What I use is a nice looking Aqua color. Peel the paper off the back of the tile as you proceed; Brush on a coat of the cement to the tile back and floor area. Allow dry time and press down. This assumes you've measured/ perhaps squared the room again; dont strictly place the new on the exact seams of the existing; and don't make a mistake in placement. Save your cuts for the last, work toward/ back to an exit point, and allow a few hours at least for some cure time. The water based contact cement is as durable and effective as the lacquer based; dries rapidly; can initially be cleaned up with water; and doesn't have a strictly offensive odor. Steven Wolf

- Hard and almost impossible to say. Places like that will buy pallet loads of sometimes discontinued tiles , factory over runs and slower sellers. Some times its factory 2nds or ( builders grades) . Any brand name they might buy is often private labeled just for them . Sometimes looking at the tile I can tell or sometimes the box style can give it away . There are on occasion markings or initials on tile backing that will give away the tile manufacturer. - Q: I have 12x12 tiles in my kitchen on the floor and about 5 of them are cracked/damaged. How hard is it to replace them, can I do it myslef or hire a professional? What materials will be needed?
- It's not difficult but it takes some strength and patience. You'll have to break off the damaged tiles and chip the mortar (cement like stuff) until it is flat and even. You can use a chisel for this since it's a small surface. Take out the grout around the tile as well. Then you'll need some mortar, the replacement tile, and grout (color need to match existing grout). Place the prepared mortar on the square using a trowel and lay the tile on it - make sure the tile is even with the existing flooring. If it sinks too low, add mortar, if it pops up too high, take out excess mortar. Then wait 24 hours and then apply the prepared grout over the tile using a rubber float. Scrub clean with wet sponge - might take several times to get the grout film off the tile surface. Wait another 24 hours for the grout to set before walking on it. All done.
