High-end Horizontal Biomass Boiler--116KW

This boiler is 116KW one.

Introduction:

The first horizontal biomass boiler in China

High-end product---Longxiao series A, B, C

Technical features:

By the great effort, we have developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. It adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after long-time combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put  into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow  prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

6. Traditional biomass boiler only monitor output water temperature, Longxiao series adopts touchscreen control system, clients can monitor the parameters of temperature of input water, output water, smoke, fuels in bunker, combustion in hearth etc. After the change of relevant data, it will timely remind the user of maintenance, so that to allow user to get more information about running status and energy-saving data.

High-end Horizontal Biomass Boiler--116KW

Q: my gas boiler is 12years old, how long should it last?
If you are talking gas boiler furnace it will last a long time. Mine is all most 40 years old and it is working great. KNOCK ON WOOD!!!!!!! Over the years I have had to put some money into it but not a whole lot. Just make sure you maintain it like you are suppose to and you will be fine with it.
Q: Of course this was in the 1800's.But I have to do a portfolio on~ the safety of steamboat travel.~ why did boilers often explode?Any help with this I will really appreciate I will choose best answer
Steamboat operations were a deadly competitive business, where the first boat to hit the docks would make the money. (particularly the river boats.) So if the Captain thought he was going to lose the boat anyway, he would order as much power as he could. And experienced boiler man were hard to find (especially if you keep blowing up the trainees.) The design of some safety equipment was not good as some expansion of metals in the pop off valves and the relief springs had a lot to be desired.
Q: Does anyone know how reliable this boiler is and the after-sales service with this company is good or bad here in the UK ?Also do it suffer from lime scale problems here in London . in fact what are the pros's and con's of this boiler as i'm thinking of having it installed ..
You need to ask your supplier about after sales service, such as who does it, are spares held in the UK, what guarantee does the boiler come with etc. As for hard water you absolutely must have an in-line water softener fitted upstream of the boiler otherwise the narrow channels in the heat exchanger with quickly block up. Your installer will be able to fit one of these that are designed especially for combi boilers. They are a must in London.
Q: I have an old 100 Gallon boiler that heats my house. To say the least it is less than efficient and I am looking to save some money on gas this year. I have taken the insulation in my attic from a R almost nothing to an R39. I was wondering if it would be effective and safe to put 2 (because it is so large) water heater blankets around it. Although I do appreciate opinions I would like to hear from some pros who have an experienced answer.
If the heater is designed for a blanket it may help a tiny bit on your bill to wrap it. You must examine the heater and make the decision if it is safe to do so. With the age and design of the boiler the insulation may be a waste of time though. On these old systems it may be a case of complete replacement to get any significant savings in the end.
Q: Hi all,I've had my boiler now for almost 20 months, and over the past two or three weeks, I've had a fault code E133, which means Interruption Of Gas Supply or Flame Failure. I was wondering what the problem could be or what the potental cost is?
You dont say what model your boiler is which may have helped as different models have slightly different operating systems but you do say its about 20 months old so has it been serviced in that time as if not it would support the idea of either a dirty electrode or possibly a dirty burner and the electrode is not in the flame properly so the boiler doesnt know its alight so it goes to lockout ie E133.
Q: Please help :( in terms of conduction, radiation etc (:
Hot water from a boiler travels through a pipe to the radiator, goes through, and returns to the boiler in a complete circuit. A pump is used to make the hot water move. The radiator has a larger surface area than the pipe delivering the water, so there is opportunity for heat exchange with the air surrounding the radiator.
Q: I asked a question here on replacing my boiler and got a great responce! THANK YOU!My question now on my system which is a baxi (i think) back boiler, on the front fire there is a pull off panel to which reveals the thermostat, this goes from low,1,2,3,4,high, all my radiators have control dials to which i can control temperature, does this back boiler thermostat just control the water temperature or does this affect the radiators also? also on the other end of my radiator is just a cap with a + and - symbol , a user Robert J has gave me advise to not have these fully open which THEY WERE! so i will sort this tonight! thanks guys
A gravity hot water circuit cannot be controlled with a thermostat alone.A motorised valve would need to be fitted to stop the circulation to the tank when there is still demand for heating.A mechanical pipe stat could be fitted but they are a lot less reliable. The thermostat on the boiler controls the overall temperature of the water that runs through the radiators and to the coil in the hot water tank. The radiator thermostats control the room temperature. If the radiators heat fully, top to bottom then leave the lock shields alone. They are used to balance the system to ensure each radiator gets its fair share of the hot water. If the water returning to the boiler is still hot then the boiler will use less energy to re heat it.Ideally there should be a 11 degree difference between the flow from the boiler to the return back to the boiler.
Q: I want to build up very high pressure levels in some sort of tank without this pressure affecting the boiler. I'm not really sure how to go about this and any kind of help is appreciated.
The American Heart Association has a Low Sodium Cook Book, that has wealth of info on nutrition as well. Take the salt shaker out of the house. Try using Mrs. Dash seasonings, lemon or lime juices, and flavored vinegars. There is another approach to help lower the blood pressure by, eating more fresh fruits and veggies, more whole grains, fish, poultry, low fat or non fat diary products and less meat called the D.A.S.H. diet, Dietary Approaches to Stopping High blood pressure. Stay away from canned or processed foods which are high in sodium/salt. I've been a lower sodium/salt diet for the past 10 yrs. I'm allowed 4% of sodium/salt in food. Some baked goods have hidden sodium. So READ your labels.
Q: Notice of boiler precautions
After the construction of the construction unit to the Quality and Technical Supervision to test the special equipment to test the boiler water pressure test and installation of monitoring.
Q: Have a new weil 155 ultra gas hot water boiler (no external hot water) For experiment, the temp outside was 45 deg and home temp was 62 deg. The water temp in boiler was reading 66 deg. I turned thermostat up to 71 and about an hour and a half to two hours later the house was heated including basement and two upper floors to correct temp. I estimated the gas used at 3-3 1/2 cubic feet or about 4 dollars. What I am unsure about is after the home is heated the water temp in the boiler will continue to fall and fall from say 155 to 90 or less and then the boiler will fire for a while and maintain temp. Over a period of say 6 hours this may consume 2-3 more cf of gas. According to the guy who installed it, he thinks the system has 25 gallons or so of water, but I dont think he really knew. I;m hoping one of the great yahoo experts can tell me this scenario sounds correct/ Thanks
the installer sounds about right keep in mind it is probably cheaper to heat the water when the stat calls for heat than it would be to maintain the water temp. remember to maintain the temp the boiler would be kicking on and off could be a lot higher.
