Q: I loved Dr. Crane and his sexy glasses and eyes. Plus, I just love Cillian Murphy, haha. Is his character back in the Dark Knight, I heard he was...but I was wondering if anybody could confirm it?
The Joker was hired by the various crime organizations to kill the Batman. He used his criminal genius to concoct an elaborate plan to force Batman to reveal his identity. This would destroy Batman's advantage of anonymity, making it easier to kill him. As it turned out, The Joker didn't want money, he wanted to run Gotham City's criminal underground, Batman and Harvey Dent were in the way. In the Batman comics, the Joker is Batman's arch enemy. Homicidal, and brilliant, he's always looking for a way to kill Batman. Even if it means killing innocents or destroying Gotham City in the process. For all those confused about Joker robbing banks: He only robbed the banks that the criminals had their money in. By doing this, he was sure to get their attention. When Gordon and his crew cracked down on 'the mobs'' assets, Joker was there to lend assistance by eliminating all those that were causing the problems. Mainly Harvey Dent, and Batman, but also the Commissioner, and the judge allowing Dent to prosecute them. Always a couple of steps ahead of most, he knew by asking for half of 'the mob's' money, they'd be weak enough to overtake. The reason Batman completes Joker is because Batman is the only person smart enough to see through his plans. Therefore, it's always a challenge to defeat Batman, but not necessarily kill him.
Q: would a tower crane be a first class, second class, or third class?
The crane is balanced, with a fulcum somewhere between the ends. On one end, you have counter weight sometimes can be moved. On the end, you usually have the crane part, which can be trolleyed from the end toward the fulcum. If my memory serves me. a wheel barrow is a type 2, because the fulcum is on the end and the load is toward the middle. So this leaves you with a type 1 or 3. Try searching using the key word group lever type fulcum and I'll bet you get your answer.
Q: when high rise buildings are built a crane is erected to lift iron and cement up. How do they erect these cranes?
They are erected onto themselves..
Q: Do some schools of hung gar only teach (or focus on) the tiger crane form?
I don't think so, not if it is taught as a complete system, then it should offer more than just tiger/crane form.
Q: Is there a certain direction and reason a construction worker will leave a crane facing a certain direction.
not really they pretty much wanna just get home 2 their families
Q: HOw to classify tower crane?
From okorder / are divided into upper rotary tower crane and lower tower crane two broad categories. In which the carrying capacity of the former is high than the latter, in many Construction sites the tower cranes we have seen are On a rotary festival add up on the top of a high tower crane access. According to whether the move can move, tower crane are divided into: walking a line, and fixed ones. The fixed tower crane do not switch, installed in the block of concrete baseBasis, or installed in the form of X-shaped concrete foundation. In the housing construction generally use a fixed style.
Q: explain thoroughly please
Sure. Let's say that a crane needs to hoist a load of 10 tons, and that because it needs to reach over some obstacles, needs to lift at a horizontal distance of 50 feet away. That creates a torque about the base of the crane of 500 ton·ft. By positioning a counterweight on the opposite side of the tower, the magnitude of the moment can be mitigated. For instance, let's say a counterweight of 10 tons is positioned at 25 ft on the other side of the tower. The moment produced by the counterweight is 250 ton·ft, so the net moment at the base is 250 ton·ft. Furthermore, when the 10 ton load is positioned and release, there is still a 250 ton·ft moment at the base of the tower; it has simply switched direction (say from rotating the crane to the right, to rotating it to the left). Q: is this a grey crowned crane?
yes it has to be
Q: Firstly, I realize that the 1000 paper crane thing is based on faith and not science. I'm not stupid. Secondly, Do the 1000 cranes have to be in the same place? If I send one of my cranes to a friend across the country, would that no longer count as part of my 1000 cranes? If a crane gets destroyed, must I start over or replace that crane? If anyone has any knowledge or link pertaining to the 1000 paper crane myth, please post it. Thank you.
The myth seems to surround the FOLDING on the 1,000 cranes - it is the sacrifice on the part of the person doing the folding that is the magic not the cranes themselves. See the Wiki......
Q: How do Crane Motors Work?
I'm not 100% familiar with this but this should be pretty close to the answer. Simple/standard crane motors work by applying power first through a rotating steel shaft into a gearbox. The gearbox allows the gearing ratio to be changed (to trade rotation speed for torque or torque for rotation speed). Another steel shaft carries the power out of the gearbox, again through rotation, to a spindle (think big thimble) around which steel cable is wrapped.
