Specification:
Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Fabric with Stainless Steel Wire Enhancing type is made of high temperature resistant and intensity 9 micron E glass filament texturized yarns with high quality stainless steel wire as enhancing material by special technique. The glass yarns are assembled and textured by passing through high pressure air jet machine into a soft yarn with outstanding insulation properties. These yarns are then intensely woven into a soft, durable and flexible fabric that can be readily treated or coated to further enhance its properties. Textured fiberglass fabric or cloth is available for supply without coating or treatment by Pasia. Vermiculite coated glass fabrics are tough, durable and resist metal splash and welding spatter. Vermiculite coated glass fabrics are capable of withstanding temperatures of 1000℃ for short periods and make functions as an ideal material for fire barriers and welding curtains.
Main capability:
It could be used under the temperature of 70-1000℃, also it could resists transient high temperature;
It resists ozone, oxygen, light seasoning and climate seasoning;
High intensity, high module, low shrinkage, non-heteromorphy;
When the temperature exceeds its working temperature, it still has lingering intensity.
Flame resistant, good ability of insulating heat and holding temperature;
High intensity;
Corrosion resistant;
Main application:
Fiberglass fabric of expanding-volume yarn has great capability and it is widely used in such fields as steel-iron, electric energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, environment protection, cement, etc. It is suitable to use as enhancing material with high request on mechanical capacity and for body protecting, e.g. generator system, soft joint of boiler and chimney, heat insulation of engine room, production of fireproofing curtain. This product is also used for system expiating of exhaust, air exchange, breathe, disposal of dust, exhaust gas; all kinds of coated basal fabric, temperature holding of boiler, pipeline knotting, etc.

- Q: what is this white stuff that they put in the potted plant ?
- Hello, 1. Okay I use Vermiculite for breeding crickets,this is used for Tarantula or snake bedding. You need to soak dry Vermiculite for up to 24 hours,although it may be more costly than other beddings,you don't need to use much,as it expands when soaked. This creates a perfect egg laying ground. 2. You can buy a small heat mat,for reptiles etc,but I find room temputure is perfectly suitable. Hope I helped.xxx ADD: Yes I forgot to say,Peat moss is also ideal a few people use plain play sand,reptile sand is better as it won't contain possible bacteria. A tub is fine,as long as they do get some light. Ensure they aren't over crowded as this will 'breed' bacteria. I wouldn't of thought a heat mat could melt plastic,they generally don't get hot enough. My lizards have heat mats,which they sit on! Remember,since the tub has limited ventilation using a heat mat may be too much. :) x
- Q: Okay, i wanna make sure i did everything right. Okay so i got magic mushrooms spores (panama strain) and okay so i got the vermiculite, as directed, and brown rice flower, and put a bit of perlite. okay so once i made the mix i put it into 5 cups and injected the spores into the cup and put another layer of tin foil( so there‘s two layers of tin foil on it) okay, so after i did that i put a towel over it and put it in my closet a dark one, is there anything i need to do to make sure it grows, or just leave it? please tell me if i did anything wrong and this is just hypithectical, if i were to do this.
- Make sure it gets alot of light and you sshould be all set.
- Q: I've got Five Texas Banded Geckos and one of the adult females laid eggs the other day, one of the two eggs looked fine but the other had a really moist spot on it and was slightly collapsed, does this mean it's dead or is this norm.? Another one of my females is pregnant and looks like she'll lay any day. Any help would be really awesome!! Thanks!
- ive hatched out health banded geckos(central americans) from eggs my wife thought for sure were bad. give the egg a shot you might be surprised. since banded gecko eggs are so small and delicate they tend to look a little different than other gecko eggs like a leos.
- Q: I am breeding my leopard gecko and I was told to use vermiculite to keep the eggs warm, vented, ect. I can't find vermiculite ANY WHERE. Do you know where I can get vermiculite in Cleveland, OH?OR Is there something else I can use other than vermiculite?
- i don't cover the eggs completely, i normally have about 60 - 70 % of the egg covered. if they are in a big clump then i bed them in the vermiculite and sprinkle some in all the cracks but i make sure i can see most of the eggs just in case they start getting dehydrated or something. what have you bred? Good luck with your new eggs
- Q: I have a rather large bag of perlite. I plan on using it as an incubation medium once the eggs come but could I also use it in my female‘s laying box? Is there anything in it that might harm her?
- Front drive cars are harder on front tires. Most places say they should be rotated every 5,000 miles. Advertised mileage for tires is unreliable at best and totally false at worst.
- Q: I bought some vermiculite from my local pet store , I seen one black bug on my eggs. What does this mean, how can i get rid of them ?
- Coffee grounds are better I believe because it can turn into compost after a while and I'm not sure if vermiculite will.
- Q: My female corn snake just shed, so ill need it soon. and i dont want to pay $59.99 for an incubator
- Probably in an iron ore mine.
- Q: Hi there,My iguana laid a batch of 20 eggs at 2am this morning. I just want to double check at what temperature I should incubate them and for what period of time. Please help. as much answers as possible. Thanking you in advance.
- they should incubate at 84-87F for around 90 days use 50/50 mix of vermiculite and water to make a incubation medium. If your female has not been mated in the past month or so the eggs are not fertile and should be thrown out. A female iggy will lay eggs yearly even with no male around signs of fertile eggs. Oval shape, Large, firm to touch, dry feeling. if they get soft, dents, mold they are infertile
- Q: I have my first pregnant leopard gecko. She just laid her first two eggs. The problem is, she doesn‘t lay them in the moist box in her tank. She knows its there, ive seen her hang out in it alot. She laid her first two eggs over night, and by the time i found them, they were completely dried out.My question is:Will it hurt the gecko if I keep her in a tank filled with peat moss, compressed coconut fiber, vermiculite (probably not), other types of moss, etc. anything that will hold moisture, so that way the eggs will not dry out.Please, only proffesionals. I do not want anyone giving me their opinions, just facts. If there is some sort of substrate that i can use, please tell me.Thank you
- I personally use coconut fiber. I like the kind made by eco earth. The other brands have actual pieces of bark in them, so I don't like it, and my geckos don't like to lay in it either. Then on top of my tank I have a little dripper to keep it moist. I know that a lot of people will say that they will get impacted from coconut fiber, but I've had no problems, and my geckos like having live plants in their tank. Hopefully that helps :)
