FAQ

1.   What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

2.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

3. Why choose our Floor Tile?

1). Less investment and shorter lead time because we ship tiles directly from Factory.

2). Better ETD and more stable price bacause we keep abundant stock for future needs.

4. What exhibition we joined?

1). Canton Fair (every year)

2). Dubai Big 5

5. How to choose bathroom tiles? Porcelain tiles or glazed tiles?

——Currently used in the bathroom tiles with glazed tiles (mainly from price considerations, some high-end can choose            tiles, notice to choose tiles), divided into Shinny and Matt two kinds.

Q:I am doing my bathroom slate and i need a bullnose tile. I special ordered it at Home Depot and now they are telling me it is discontinued. I was wondering if anyone new of a web site or store that i could order this from because my bathroom is supposed to be started Monday and Now i dont have the bull nose... please help??
Check the manufacturer of the tile. They probably have a website and may be able to point you in the right direction. Good luck.
Q:I am having glass tile installed. It is in a high use area...backsplash with lots of good cooking going on...should it be sealed, and if so by what kind of sealer. The glass tile is frosted. Thanks.
If it weren't for the grout joints, you wouldn't have to apply sealer to the area. Grease and oil splatter from frying will not soak into the glass tiles, but it will soak into the grout joints. Eventually, the grout joints will become discolored and impossible to clean. For that reason, it is a good idea to apply sealer to the area. Keep in mind that you will have to thoroughly clean the area, especially the grout joints, every couple of years and reapply a new coat of sealer. Good luck with your new glass tile backsplash.
Q:Is there a way to paint dark green tiles? I also want to paint my white cabinets- what should I be aware of (sanding, etc) Anything else I need to know? Thanks!
With your tiles if you want to paint them darker then yes you can buy specific tile paint, which involves using a primer first then the paint, but to go lighter i think u may struggle as covering any dark colour and going lighter is tough. As for your cabinets, depends what they are made of, if the r solid wood a light sanding and primer should suffice, if they have laminate fronts(shiny) i wouldn't bother trying to paint them, just buy new fronts, its often as cheap as buying all the paints and primers etc!
Q:i had a pipe leak into my bedroom and now everything is torn apart so i am remodeling my room and i cant decide between wood or tile flooring. my dad said wood because it looks good and because our living room and theater room is tile and if my bedroom is tile it wouldnt make any sense. my mom says i should get tile because if my grandma spills her drink or eat in my room it wont ruin the tile and its easy to clean up but if wood it could be ruined with scratch marks or circle stain on the wood from the cup or drink she spills. so now i dont know which one to choose. also i would like to paint my room blue and wonder if you guys have any suggestions on the shade colors of blue any website or image of the shade color would be nice if i could view them. thank you in advance!
If your bedroom is in the basement then tile, if not then wood. One day the home will be sold and if it's tile you will take a big hit from the buyer. Wood floors can be refinished back to almost new, tile can't. Brazilian Cherry looks great.... You can get it in 3/4 finished/un finished or engineered which has a 1/8 inch of wood on top. Also comes in composite with printed on wood grain.
Q:We laid tile in our shower and I used too much grout. Now I need to know how to get the grout lines even without damaging the tile. Any help would be appreciated.
Kudos to William After installing multiple thousands of sq. ft. of tile, and hundreds of gallons of grout, I so want to not offend you; but the WIPE process probably should have been more resolute on your part. Grout is Mortar/Cement essentially, and when doing tile grouting; the sponging might often be considered as a 3 stage process. Barely moist immediately after application; then as the grout sets, the sponging can increase in how wet you work it. The final result is often just DUST that can easily be wiped away. The issue should have been easy to relate to; as most tile has compressed edges; designed to allow wiping, but not strictly grouting flush with the tile face. In your case, and again; no offense; it seems it's beyond those stages. I guess I'm also curious as to the type of sponge you used. Knowledge is something we so often gain AFTER we NEED it. Certainly you'll have to use abrasives, and possibly a rounded paint knife blade or dinner knife. Nylon/woven scrubbers will likely be ineffective. With care; and if the tile is decent; scraping at the grout shouldn't scratch the tile; to any extreme. The deeper truth however; is that it may never look as it should; and almost as if the grout is squeezed out or bleeding onto the tile face. I do wish you well. Steven Wolf
Q:Do they resist stains, scratches/nicks and does it protect it from fading and making it easier to clean? The tiles will be going in my kitchen and pantry. Are unglazed tiles, ideal for high-traffic areas?
pro- easily cleaned. con- horrible glare from sunlight
Q:I was clowning around with my son and I accidentally knocked over a table and chipped a tile. It's about a quarter size chip. You can actually see the dark bottom part of the tile so its kinda deep. I was wondering if I can fix it without replacing it. What do I need? By the way, I blamed on my 4 year old !!!!!!!!! THX 4 ur help!
First of all, own up to the accident and apologize to your son and your wife! If you are lucky, you may be able to find some grout to match, that you can fill in the hole with. Go to your local tile store and see if they might have a Custom Blend Grout Chart or a ProSpec Grout chart that you can take home and see what color comes closest to the tile. Or you could try either brand in a sanded caulk in a tube. The only other choice is to replace the tile, which generally is hard to match! Or to place a piece of furniture or a rug, over the spot. That may not be best, depending on what part of the floor the spot is at!
Q:i am getting my kitchen done over in 2 weeks cost is not a factor i cant decide to do tiles or harwood flooring which is better for the kitchen. i have two kids 2 and 5
Definitely get tile. My brother and his wife got a harwood floor in their kitchen. My dad and I tried warning them against it. Now they are all the time worrying about putting dents in the floor if they drop something or ruining the look by accidentally dropping and leaving an ice cube on the floor. If you have kids that only increases the chances of stuff like that happening. Tile is much more durable. If you don't like the feel of cold tile on your feet, then add a heater wire under the tile. You can set the floor temperature to almost any temperature you prefer. You only have to seal the tile about once every 3-5 years. With a hardwood floor you'd have to wax or seriously clean it that often anyway. With tile, you also don't have to really worry about stains unless you use a light grout and don't seal it well. Grout comes in a wide variety of colors, so you can color coordinate the grout however you please. An tile isn't that hard to clean with a mop. My brother is big into farming and very meticulous about everything. It'll be funny to watch when his kids want to start playing with Ertl tractors on the hardwood floor.
Q:I have some cracked squares in my kitchen. It is caused from the subfloor coming up in one section. What is the best way to remove old tiles and screw floor back down to and replace with extras that I have.I have the glue left over also to use on them.I know my husband had hard time getting them up once before.Tired of waiting for hubby to do it.Any easy ways for me to get tile up.
if it's self stick try using a hair dryer to warm the tile up and get a scraper under a corner and pull up . if you glued it just grab a stong scraper and go to town .i don't think there is an easy way
