1. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.

- If these tiles are already installed I think you are out of luck for any long term fix. Ceramic tile glaze is fired onto the tiles in a kiln at very high heat. The firing makes the glaze and tile bond in a way that fillers, puttys, or paint cannot achieve. If your tile is that worn, it is possible that you have the wrong grade of tile for the situation where it is being worn so much. You may have earned yourself a new tile shower, floor, countertop, whatever....
- Q: The tile at the store says $5.00 per square foot.. so I'm assuming that's the cost of the tile only.. and then how much does it generally cost to install? Another $5 or more per square foot? I am new to this all.
- The installation will probably be less than $5.00, probably a $1.50-$2.00 less. That is presuming you want it laid in straight lines. If you want it laid in diagonials or some sort of pattern then you are in the ballpark. Your best bet is just ask and make sure before they start.
- Q: What‘s the difference between tile mastic tile adhesive? I was told to paint the wall w/paint primer first then use tile adhesive rather than tile mastic to apply tiles on damaged green board around my jaccuzzi tub for a quick fix. The green paper peeled off when removing the old tile exposing the brown cardboard stuff.

- Q: would it be to hard for me to do by myself and is there an adhesive that I put under the tile?
- Carpet tiles are easy to install. Some even come with their own adhesive backing. You will need to begin with marking out the center of the room and squaring it to make a + so you can set the firs four tiles down and work outward from the center. Once you have marked your + do a dry run and make sure you don't end up with a large chunk of tile on one wall and a sliver on the other. If that happens, shift the center mark toward the shorter edge. Once you have done the dry run and you are happy with the results you can stick them down. Good luck
- Q: More specifically, do you lay the tile right against the floorboard with no groat visible? Or would you put a spacer in between the floorboard and the tile so that it you have grout along the edge?
- It is honestly all up to the look you prefer. I for example always remove the baseboards and put a quarter inch space in between the tile and the wall (gives you a seamless result). In doing so, when you put the baseboards back on the wall - any mistakes are hidden - and the job just looks more complete. You can however go the route you are talking about (I've seen it done) - and personally I think that adding a grout line is the way to go - mainly b/c not all walls are square - and the likelihood of you having a seamless edge against the baseboard is slim. - It will vary from any tile that is vitrified ...A vitrified tile is all in the body hardness and is more of a rating . Since it s based an water absorbtion and not a thickness.. You ll find many brands and styles of vitrified tile. These lean more towards your porcelains rather than the normal clay bodied tile. It s all in the making/ firing process than any thing else.
