1. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton. If the order quantity is over 5 containers, we could print the carton of client’s design for the final packing.
2. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.
3. For the delivery term, could you go with CFR our port?
—— Yes, of course. We have very good relationship with those big shipping company, such as COSCO, MSC, HPL etc. We have a very professional logistic team to arrange the shipping issue well.
4. Could you company supply polished porcelain tile?

- Q: hey guys my house just got renovated a few days ago... it seems like some tiles have tough stains on it. is there a type of detergent or anything that removes it off? it looks well ugly and makes the surface rough... it's on both my floor and wall tiles
- The use of muratec acid will remove the glaze on the tile. Not sure if diluted will or not but I d never use it . The use of a metal chisel can leave marks on the tile that you ll never get off. First ,if this is thin set still on the tile get the tile person back to clean it off. Barring that , if you have to do it, scrape what you can off with something softer. I use a piece of wood. After the lumps come off use a white nylon pad and go over the tile dry with it.Special pads used for tile clean up can be bought most any place that sells tile. Their called a doodle bug pad. While your there you might want to get a small bottle of grout and effervescent remover.About $8 for an 8 oz bottle. If going over the tile dry doesn t remove it, then go with the cleaner.Doing it wet right away will only reintroduce any removed thin set or grout to the tile. After all cleaned up consider sealing the tile ,but not before it s cleaned.Tile Lab and Cerama Seal sealers work well. - Q: I thought that bathroom floor tiles were thicker than the bathroom wall tiles, is this right?
- Thickness has nothing to do wither they go on the walls or floors. Generally speaking floor tiles are thicker , but not always.. There are several factors in determining if a tile can be used on a flor or not. All tiles can be used on walls but not vise versa. Some determining factors that dictate if a tile can go on the floor is tinsel strength ( how much pressure it can take before breaking in a special test),scratch and slip resistance ..These are 3 of the main factors that tile must be rated in before they can be allowed to be used on a floor. - Q: Can you Spackle over ceiling tile and then paint it, or do you have to rip all the tiles out and Sheetrock the ceiling to have a seamless ceiling?
- Not sure what type of tiles these are, but I'll guess this is a hung ceiling, with the metal strips holding up lightweight acoustic ceiling tile. If this is the case, spackle (used to fill holes in walls, etc.) is not an option. In theory, someone could mud the suspended ceiling, and it could possibly come out relatively smooth. However, hung ceilings are not made for this, and I doubt an amateur could pull it off with any degree of success. What's above the tiles? A real ceiling? If so, your best bet is to remove the hung ceiling, and either fix up the real ceiling above, or put a real ceiling up.

- Q: My new home has a kitchen with glazed ceramic tiles covering most of the walls.The colour is basically honey brown, but there‘s a hideous purple border (in the same tile size shape) running horizontally vertically all over the place - I‘d say that 20% of the tiles are this colour.I want to reduce all the tiles to one (new) colour.Two guys (both pros) have this to say:GUY 1: Cheapest solution (and least noisy/disruptive) is to use a ‘glass enamel paint‘ over the tiles. - Just my 2 cents. A couple of months ago I saw a bathroom with painted tile and it looked really different. It looked really cheap. I think you would be disappointed if you spent the time and money to paint the tiles.
- Q: I am doing my bathroom slate and i need a bullnose tile. I special ordered it at Home Depot and now they are telling me it is discontinued. I was wondering if anyone new of a web site or store that i could order this from because my bathroom is supposed to be started Monday and Now i dont have the bull nose... please help??
- Well, most natural stone companies believe it or not do not make a bullnose. At least in the midwest I have yet to see one yet. If there are any tiles left at home depot you can by a few extra pcs and make bullnose. There is a bullnose blade that can be attached to a wet saw to make the cut what it does is just creates a rounded edge to form a bullnose. However the blade is expensive so you can see if there are any contractors in your area who may do this kind of job and already the correct tools to create a bullnose. That is if the tile isn't dicontinued.
- Q: i‘m seventeen and my family is moving into a new house soon. I get my own bathroom and would like to redo it a little bit, because it looks like it is straight out of that seventies show. we are going to have to go pretty cheap on the interior design because of the big purchase, so it cant be anything too expensive. the only real problem is the walls of the bathroom are tiled.
- Wow, I was expecting to see some gaudy awful tile. This tile looks brand new and is in great shape. Not only that, it really is not some horrible, obnoxious color, either. Because this is in a shower, there is nothing you can do that will be on the cheap because it does have to be water proof to avoid mold and mildew problems. If there is a paint to go over tile in a shower, I am unaware of such a product. It is never cheap to take down and replace this amount of tile. Just get a cool shower curtain and that will take care of that. Or, just do what I would do, embrace it and find some funky and fun way to incorporate the green and yellow into your color scheme. That tile really is not all that bad, considering what I have seen in my day. Blue goes well with yellow and green and so does red. Go shop for some shower curtains and you will be sure to find something you can live with. Good luck, and like I said, there are far worse tiles and colors you could have been stuck with.
- Q: This is a new house and they put 16 inch tiles in the bathrooms, which I don't care for. The floors are fine as far as leveling goes, but I would like to put 12 inch tiles directly over the 16 inch ones. Would there be any problems?
- never tile over tile even if it is level tear it up and put down the new stuff it wont cost anything but a few hrs at the most if you do it yourself you will need the same stuff for the new floor as you would if you tiled over it when you tile over tile it will only last about a year if your lucky to your second question yes it depends on whats making the squeak if the floor is not properly secured then the tile will start to come up over time however it could also just be that it is a new home and the home is just settling in they will move with temperiture changes witch just is the wood expanding and contracting. good luck and i hope this helped
