1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- If you have a tile size , sure make the mold just a hair smaller than the tile. Same if your just replacing a few and making the bottle cap tile as a deco tile. Just use a white thin set and completely smooth coat over the back so you see a all white back ground through your deco.. The use of a extra modified thin set is required because this wouldn t be much different than setting glass tiles. GL

- Mosaic tiles can add a lot of variety and interest into a bathroom. A mixture of blues is suitable and your decision to keep the other areas white is also correct. I am assuming the fittings will also be white colour. But, if you are planning to cover only one part of a wall where it is against the shower, it might not look right. (unless the wall you are referring to is the wide side of the shower and it is also the full width of the bathroom) it is best to either use it on all three sides of the shower or in one full wall of the bathroom.
- Q: My husband and I bought a house where most of the rooms (kitchen, dining room, entertainment room, den, and laundry room) are all tiled with these Terra cotta like tiles. They are a southern type rusty red and stain easily. My husband loves the tiles and wants to keep them. He‘s concented on changing the color if I want though, as long as I keep the origional tile. - Yes, okorder /... Can I offer some free advice? Once you start painting that floor there is no turning back. It would be almost impossible to remove the paint if you don't like the way it looks and you would probably just have to rip the flooor out or put another flooring over the top of it. If I was thinking about doing this, I would get some similar tiles and just lay them on a piece of plywood in the garage and do a quick grout job. It doesn't have to be perfect. I would do some testing with paint and urethane to see how it looks and how well it will hold up to wear. Lastly, if you decide this just isn't worth it the obvious and simple thing to do is use area rugs to bring in the colors you want.

- No - it's not pricey. The tile price works out to $6/sq ft, which is very average. All prices have been rising, too - every week it seems! For my clients, $6/ sq ft is average. You will find cheaper tile, and you will find more expensive - but that figure gives you a good starting point and lots of options. Without knowing the size of your countertops, I cannot comment on the price. However, the average home I work on is at least $6000 for a granite countertop - depends on what color, edge style, and size, of course.

- The most likely culprit is the floor being too flexible. Many builders only build to support flooring such as hardwood flooring. The standard for that will let a 10 foot span flex up and down about 1/3 of an inch. That is too much for tile. Remember that bathtubs can be really heavy to support when filled with water and people. If you have access to the floor joist, you could measure their span and check the size against the American Wood Council's calculator. The higher the deflection limit the less they will bend. The deflection limit is how much they will bend. It could also be the house shifting. New Houses are problematic on this topic as the center supports sink, the foundation will move a bit, etc. In most soils this goes away after a time.

- Q: The tile of my garage is 10 years old. The house was abandoned and I bought it. The tile that was used was a textured ceramic tile. I‘ve tried brushing it and washing it with different products but it goes back to a dusty look. Any ideas on how to bring it back to life other than paying to get it polished by a professional. - If you don't want to pay for the labor to have it cleaned, you will be the one to do it yourself. Elbo Grease. Get some Tile Acid Cleaner from the Home dpot/Lowes, and a couple of hand held scrub brushes, some plastic bristles, some metal bristles, (to see which works best). Get a spray bottle, poor the acid into it. do not delut with water. Not until after it has sat on it for 5 min and you have scrubbed and scrubbed. Then spray with water (lightly Misting) and wipe up with disposable towels. Dont forget the rubber gloves. After the entire floor is finished or until you are satisfied (or if you want to do in Stages) wait until entirely dry and get some Tile Sealer and begin to apply. Pay attention to the grout lines first then mop all over the tile. The cost for materials will be about $50--$70 But the labor is where the real money is. Have Fun I do not envy you.

- Q: We want to put ceramic tile on our front porch, its fully covered but we were told you had to put porceline tile outside not ceramic. Does anyone know or have you done this?
- Actually, it can work. But once the linoleum is there, the tile will be worthless. It will be easier and cheaper to just rip up the entire floor tile and all and start over than it will be to clean all the adheasive off of the tile. If you are sure you want the linoleum anyway, you can go to a place like Home Depot, and get a floor leveler system that is ok to be used over tile. They have it, I have purchased it before. If the tile is glazed (shiny and slipery rather than rough feeling) then you will more than likely need to remove the glazing with sanding or grinding, or etch the glazing with an acid compound such as a muriatic acid mix. I have done this sucessfully when installing 12 x 12 natural stone tile over existing glazed tile in a rental unit before. It work VERY well, as the original tile was in excellent shape and had a concrete backerboard under. Once you have the glazing etched or removed, if needed, and have the floor leveled... you don't absulutely have to, but it would be an excelent idea to install a special plywood underlayment designed for use under linoleum or vinyl flooring. This will have to be glued to the prepared tile surface with a special adheasive. They have this at the Home Center as well. After that, it is just as simple as glueing the flooring down just as any other installation. The reason I wrote all that was to show that it is in fact possible and the outcome is very satisfactory if done right. In the end though, most times it will be easier to rip it up and install the linoleum. Hope that helps.
