PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Pultruded grating is  made  by  a  particular  assembly process,  which  using “I”  shape  as  its  main  load-bearing and special rod to go through the bearing bar. Pultruded grating  include  the  standard  grating  and  the  custom grating,  the  custom  grating  can  be  designed  to  meet customer’s  requirement  or  special  using  condition  by changing  the  shape,  size  and  space  of  the  bearing  bars, the  surface  can  be  covered  with  lozenge  panel,  grit panel, or added the anti-slippery sand directly.

FRP  pultruded  grating  has  the  most  characteristics  of  molded  grating,  but  it  has  its  distinct  advantages,  it  has very  high  fiberglass  content  in  the  loading  direction,  so  it  has  very  high  load  capability,  it  has  more  superiority when  used  at  wide  span,  so  that  the  basic  support  will  be  decreased  and  the  project  cost  will  be  reduced accordingly.

Q: Can not use glass steel support column, the main support for the door
1, glass steel toughness and carrying impact performance is strong, but the rigidity is relatively poor, that is, tensile, impact resistance is better, compressive performance is poor, so it is not suitable for props and other components.2, toughened glass is completely transparent, visual art, and the vertical stiffness is very large, excellent compressive strength, can be customized according to the needs of the processing of different thickness, if used to support the weight is not a big door can, but need to have the steel frame (outsourcing stainless steel).
Q: Are FRP pultrusion profiles resistant to chemicals used in food packaging?
Yes, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) pultrusion profiles are generally resistant to chemicals used in food packaging. FRP materials are known for their excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals, including those commonly used in food packaging such as acids, bases, solvents, and oils. This chemical resistance makes FRP pultrusion profiles a suitable choice for applications involving contact with food packaging materials. However, it is important to note that the specific resistance of FRP profiles may vary depending on the formulation and type of resin used. Therefore, it is advisable to consult with the manufacturer or supplier to ensure that the chosen FRP pultrusion profiles are suitable for the specific chemicals used in the food packaging industry.
Q: Are FRP pultrusion profiles resistant to impact?
FRP pultrusion profiles exhibit a general resistance to impact. The amalgamation of robust fibers and the polymer matrix employed during manufacturing renders FRP profiles exceptionally enduring, enabling them to endure substantial impacts without fracturing or shattering. Furthermore, the pultrusion process guarantees the uniform dispersion of fibers within the profile, thereby bolstering its capacity to resist impact. Consequently, FRP pultrusion profiles are ideally suited for impact-prone applications, including construction, transportation, and infrastructure ventures.
Q: What are pultrusion materials used for?
Plastic pultrusion materials are used for drawing and blowing tubes
Q: Can FRP pultrusion profiles be used in telecommunications towers?
Yes, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) pultrusion profiles can be used in telecommunications towers. FRP pultrusion profiles offer several advantages that make them suitable for this application. Firstly, FRP profiles are lightweight yet strong, allowing for easy installation and reduced structural weight in telecommunications towers. This is important as it helps to minimize the overall weight load on the tower structure. Secondly, FRP pultrusion profiles have excellent corrosion resistance properties, making them ideal for outdoor applications like telecommunications towers, which are exposed to various environmental conditions. Unlike traditional materials such as steel or wood, FRP profiles do not rust, rot, or degrade when exposed to moisture, UV radiation, or chemicals typically found in outdoor environments. Additionally, FRP pultrusion profiles offer excellent electrical insulation properties, which is crucial in telecommunications towers. These profiles do not conduct electricity, reducing the risk of electrical interference or short circuits that could disrupt the tower's communication systems. Furthermore, FRP pultrusion profiles can be manufactured in various shapes and sizes, allowing for customization and meeting specific design requirements of telecommunications towers. This versatility allows for better integration and compatibility with other tower components. Overall, the combination of lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and customization options make FRP pultrusion profiles a viable and advantageous choice for use in telecommunications towers.
Q: Will the FRP section crack for a long time?
As long as the design of the structure is reasonable and the quality of the product conforms to the design requirements, the normal use shall not be cracked.
Q: Can FRP pultrusion profiles be used in wastewater or sewage treatment plants?
Yes, FRP pultrusion profiles can be used in wastewater or sewage treatment plants. FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) materials offer excellent corrosion resistance, high strength-to-weight ratio, and durability, making them suitable for harsh environments like wastewater treatment facilities. These profiles can be used for various applications such as gratings, handrails, ladders, walkways, and structural supports, providing a long-lasting and low-maintenance solution for these facilities.
Q: Are FRP pultrusion profiles impact resistant?
Yes, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) pultrusion profiles are generally known for their high impact resistance. The combination of reinforcing fibers, such as glass or carbon, with a polymer matrix results in a material that is inherently strong and durable. The pultrusion process further enhances the impact resistance of these profiles by aligning the fibers in the direction of the load, providing optimal strength against impacts. FRP pultrusion profiles also have a high strength-to-weight ratio, which allows them to withstand heavy impacts without significant damage or deformation. This makes them suitable for applications where impact resistance is crucial, such as in construction, transportation, and infrastructure projects. Moreover, FRP pultrusion profiles offer excellent resistance against corrosion, chemicals, and UV radiation, which further contribute to their durability and long-term performance. These profiles can maintain their impact resistance properties even in harsh environments, making them a preferred choice for various industries. However, it is important to note that the specific impact resistance of FRP pultrusion profiles may vary depending on the specific design, composition, and manufacturing process. Therefore, it is recommended to consult with the manufacturer or supplier to ensure the profiles meet the desired impact resistance requirements for a particular application.
Q: Can FRP pultrusion profiles be used in mining applications?
Mining applications can utilize FRP pultrusion profiles, which are known for their high strength-to-weight ratio, durability, and corrosion resistance. These profiles are suitable for a range of purposes in mining operations. They can provide structural support in underground mines, including the construction of tunnels, shafts, and mine roofs. Their strength allows them to handle heavy loads and provide long-term support. Additionally, FRP pultrusion profiles can support equipment and machinery like conveyor systems, pumps, and tanks. Their corrosion resistance makes them ideal for use in harsh mining environments that involve exposure to moisture, chemicals, and abrasive materials. Moreover, FRP pultrusion profiles can be used for safety applications in mining, such as handrails, walkways, and grating systems. These profiles offer reliable and non-slip surfaces, ensuring the safety of mining workers. In summary, FRP pultrusion profiles bring several advantages to mining applications, including high strength, corrosion resistance, durability, and easy installation. These qualities make them a cost-effective and viable option for various mining operations, enhancing efficiency and safety in the industry.
Q: Can FRP pultrusion profiles be used in the construction of modular buildings?
Yes, FRP pultrusion profiles can be used in the construction of modular buildings. FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) pultrusion profiles offer several advantages such as high strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and design flexibility. These profiles can be easily fabricated into various shapes and sizes, making them suitable for modular building applications. Additionally, FRP pultrusion profiles are durable, low-maintenance, and exhibit excellent thermal insulation properties, making them a reliable choice for constructing modular buildings.
