Q: If iron is melted and then a powerfullt;electromagnet brought near it, will the iron be attracted towards the magnet.: No Idea but taking an educated shot in the dark here i would say YES. Saying YES because although in the liquid/molten form where the electrons a freely roaming and sliding pass each other in a definite space, if an electromagnet powerful enough can be found that can still align those electrons then it is possible that even in the molten state Iron would be magnetic

Q: Recommendations for good curling irons? (:Please Thank you: I own a 98 accord with 180k on it and it has the original cat. Then empty your iron of all water and use a spray bottle of water to iron. It may be that there is some additive in your water, like lime or chlorine causing the heat of the iron to leave mineral deposits on your clothes. If the white lines disappear, I would use bottled water in your iron or continue with the spray bottle.
