- Q: What is the point of this, if you are more than likely not going to be vacuuming at night? I've heard people say that it is to quot;know if a specific area is cleanbut I mean seriously... I don't think you really need lights do you?? Just vacuum during the day perhaps? Works for me and I don't have a dirty house.
- The more expensive vacuums will have lights. They add a $2 part and increase the price by $50.
- Q: I just bought a Kirby Sentria and was wondering if I had been taken. Price was $2100 and I got it for $1395 with two old vaccums. Guess I was concerned, other than the price, that there is virtually no ratings on other sites about how good a Kirby is against other vacuums.
- We cleaned display homes for years and just used plain old Eureka vacs at $59.00 a whack. We tested a Kirby and found it didn*t do any better than the Eurekas My friend had one and said she wished she had never bought it because it was so heavy to push around and it took so long to change a belt, she had to always phone her son to come and change it for her. She said for what she paid she was sorry she ever bought it; You don*t always get what you pay for.
- Q: If sound doesnt travel through a vacuum, why are vacuum cleaners so loud?
- The sound from a vacuum cleaner comes from it's motor. That sound travels through the air around the cleaner to you, never having anything to do with the actual vacuum inside the cleaner.
- Q: Are fundamental christians allowed to buy Dirt Devil vacuum cleaners?
- No and they're not allowed to get gifts from Satan Claus, either.
- Q: i was cleaning my pc with with a vacuum ( wich im already doing for years)and before i know my pc would't startup when i pressed the power button i connected my power SW (switch) and reset SW and speakers to my motherboardnow my pc will start but after i get my first ASUS screen it just shuts down???? everytime again.....this is what i already tried to do : unplug 1 RAM card see if my cpu fan was properely attached to motherboard changing the POWER SW and the RESET SW from positions and it still doesn't want to work ???Please help me i would appreciate that.greets Jason Dewaide
- remove and refit all memory remove and refit graphics card remove and refit heatsink/fan
- Q: theoretically, if a doctor had to do liposuction with a normall vacuum what kind would he use, and how we he go about it? And how would he go about resealing the opening with household items? Just wondering. Also how deep would you have to cut into the skin? thanks.
- Cut the skin deep enough so that it bleeds, suck the fat out with a DustBuster, and seal it up with some good 'ol duct tape!
- Q: Where could I find info. on this on what equals what? Thanks!
- Watts is amps x volts. So, it is just different ways of saying the same thing. Buy your sweeper, take it home and use it. If you don't like it, take it back and get another, if you don't like that one, take it back and get another.
- Q: Is a Sebo Vacuum approved by the allergy and asthma foundation
- Well upon doing a little search i found this excerpt from Sebo .uk All SEBO vacuum cleaners are of anti-allergy design, indeed a SEBO machine was the first vacuum cleaner to be endorsed by the British Allergy Foundation for its overall anti-allergy design as opposed to just its filtration.
- Q: They're louder than a car!Yet, there are some vacuum cleaners that have the silent function... why can't all vacuum cleaners have that function?
- I HATE THE DAM THINKS
- Q: I have a one-year old and lots of crumbs on my floor that our vacuum won't pick up. We currently have a bag less Bissell and I hate it. We've replaced all the filters and cleaned it but it still hardly picks up a thing. It leaves little hair balls on our carpet and kicks dust back in the air. I have to open the windows every time I vacuum so we can breathe! We're looking to get a new vacuum and I am interested in any brand and reviews you can recommend. My parents have had an Electrolux for 10+ years and it works great. However, the price tag ($500) is a little much for me. I'd also rather not go bag less again. Any suggestions?
- Yep, buy a good one like your parents did. Look at it this way: you can buy a cheap one now, which won't work all that well, and will break down in a year or two, then buy another cheap one, and so on, or you can spend a little more and get one you could have for many years which will do what you need. Buying a cheap one is cheaper now but not over the next 10-20 years or more. Go to a store that sells and services vacuum cleaners and buy a used vacuum in a really good brand. They'll know which ones last and which don't--remember, they fix the ones that don't. I've got a Filter Queen I bought used in 1987 for $500, still works as well as the day I bought it. At the time, I was doing housecleaning and went through two $60 vacuums in one year.
