Q: I live in a flat and have constant leaks coming through my ceiling, there is a flat above me. The ceiling is plasterboard and my landlord doesnt seem to be fixing the problem properly, when they do come in they let it dry put a skim of poly filer over bits thast are coming off and repaint over it... even though you can still see the lines of the plasterboard coming through.
