- I used to see all metal as just noise. When I actually opened my mind to it I discovered that it's really not and that a lot of technique goes into the different genres. I personally prefer thrash to heavy metal though. Also, I find it quite surprising that there are around 28 subgenres as I would assume there to be a lot more.

- Define nu metal ? if you mean all the pretty boy bands that took a different direction and market, no I cant stand that stuff. But what nu metal I like Mushroomhead, and they've been around for 14 years, so would they be considered nu metal ? theres alot of good bands out there that have a hard sound I dont like lumping bands into a grunge, nu metal whatever label. You have to admit though alot of bands sound too much alike especially the newer stuff I like bands that have their own sound, as to why people hate it ? all about your personal preference in music I hate Rap and alot of the new Country, then again I hated alot of the pretty boy hair bands see another label like Poison Warrant...

- I don't know the process but be sure that if it can be done without platinised electrodes then thats the method that would have been used.You dont need high conductivity but you probably need the catalytic properties and chemical inertness of a platininum surface.Just from the electrolysis point of view graphite(pencil lead)might be worth studying.and it'scheap and there!
