Usage of ferro silicon
Ferro silicon is widely used in the steel making,iron casting ,low-carbon ferroalloy producing:
1 In the steel making field,Ferro silicon is used as deoxidizer and alloying agent to precipit and diffusedeoxidation.Adding a certain amount silicon of fe-si to the steel can obviously improve the strength ,hardness ,elasticity and permeability of steel.
2 In the iron casting,it is used as ball mile agent and alloying agent especially in the nodular iron casting, Adding ferrosilicon to cast iron ,it can prevent the formation of carbide and promote the precipitation of graphite and the nodulizing.then the mechanical capacity can be the same of steel's.
3 High-silicon ferrosilicon can be used for the production of the low-carbon reductant in ferro alloy industry.
4 In addition ,ferro silicon powder can be used as a suspended phase in the mineral processing industry and coatings for welding electrodes in the electrode manufactruing.
Application:
Used as deoxidants and desulfurizing agents, and could purity the molten steel, etc. The size includes:0-3mm, 3-25mm,10-50mm, etc.

- the best metal band fronted by a woman is ARCH ENEMY! Angela is the best. As for Metal in the US, a lot of the new hard rock and rock is being considered metal and it isn't. Metal is going back to old traditional ways. After that grunge era in the 90's, we got into this nu metal ****. I like some of it, like slipknot, but I dont like the term nu metal because bands like Killswitch Engage, lamb of god, Shadows Fall, Chimaira, DevilDriver, Mastodon, and more are all bringing the true original metal back. Those are all American bands. You gotta realize that the black metal, power metal, and a lot of the symphonic goth metal stuff is not an American thing. That stuff has never been big in America as far as producing bands. It is coming more popular, but America has always been known for it's thrash metal and death metal. There just aren't many bands from American who write that kind of music. Nothing ever happened to them, they just never were in existence. All that stuff is from Europe. Opeth, Arch Enemy, Immortal, Dimmu Borgir, In Flames. etc.

- Power Metal: Not many complaints. Death Metal: Seriously, this is the only metal sub genre I really focus on. Death metal has the best vocals. Black Metal: Meh. Thrash Metal: Second favorite sub genre of metal but less because of the vocals, more because of the awsome guitarists. Metalcore: Doesn't it kinda fall under nu metal? Nu Metal: I really don't consider nu metal really metal to begin with, but I don't hate it; I do enjoy Slipknot. Thats all the sub genres I can really give opinions about lol. I'm not that great at categorizing my music.

- It's the music that makes it Black Metal. It's characterized as a form of extreme metal which usually favor high-pitched guitar tones and a great deal of distortion. Typically, the guitar is played with much use of fast tremolo picking. Typically, drumming is fast-paced and uses double-bass and/or blast beat techniques. Traditional black metal vocals take the form of high-pitched shrieks, screams and snarls. This is in stark contrast to the low-pitched growls of death metal. Lyrics are more often then not about opposition of Christ. But not necessarily always. I've heard Black Metal songs about multiple things. Usually very gory and evil concepts.
