Electrolytic Manganese Metal Flakes

Properties:

The main application of electrolytic manganese metal flakes:
Manganese is an important alloying agent. It is added to improve the strength, toughness, stiffness, hardness, wear resistance, and hardenability of steels. Together with aluminum and antimony, especially in the presence of copper, it forms highly ferromagnetic alloys. Manganese dioxide is used as a depolarizer in dry cells and as a decolorizing agent for glass that has been colored green due to iron impurities. The dioxide is also used in drying black paints and in the preparation of oxygen and chlorine. Manganese colors glass an amethyst color and is the coloring agent in natural amethyst. The permanganate is used as an oxidizing agent and is useful for qualitative analysis and in medicine. Manganese is an important trace element in nutrition, although exposure to the element is toxic in higher quantities.

Introduction

Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.

Application

Mainly used in steel-making, special steel-making, non-ferrous alloy (A-Mn alloy, Ti-Mn alloy, Mg-Mn alloy). It is also widely applied in chemical industry, electron undustry, medicine, aerospace, medicine. Also it is used in the high performance soft magnetization ferrite, high magnetic permeability ferrite, high saturated magnetic induction density low cost ferrite, high stable low cost ferrite.

Electrolytical manganese mainly used as an additive ,to increase the hardness , stiffness , and corrosion resistance  of metal alloy  applied to the field of steel smelting, non-ferrous alloy, Electronic Technology,chemical industry ,environmental protection ,space industry ,etc.

Q: I prefer metal :)
Proto metal is stuff like Blue Cheer, Dust, Jacula. Black Sabbath on the other hand is 100% heavy metal, not proto metal at all.
Q: Agree or disagree and why?BQ: Favorite Glam Metal band?BQ2: Favorite Thrash Metal band?
They bond in a lattice structure. They are able to bond because metals need to lose electrons to complete their outer shell and non-metals need to gain. They form ionic bonds because of this.
Q: Basically, I was wondering if this is a rule in chemistry; if you add water to a metal oxide you will always get a metal hydroxide, e.g: CalciumOxide + Water ----> CalciumHydroxide
Black Metal - fast beat, low tunings, strange structure and doom Metal - slower metal centered alot around lyrics death metal - came from thrash, heavier and more downtuned speed metal - hard to define, similair to thrash, not as heavy love metal - another name for glam or hair metal
Q: Because I like breaking benjamin's blow me away but if alternative metal is evil, I won't like it.
Metallic bonds occur among metal atoms. Whereas ionic bonds join metals to non-metals, metallic bonding joins a bulk of metal atoms. A sheet of aluminum foil and a copper wire are both places where you can see metallic bonding in action. The sea of electrons is free to flow about the crystal of positive metal ions. When metallic bonds form, the s and p electrons delocalize. Instead of orbiting their atoms, they form a sea of electrons surrounding the positive metal ions. The electrons are free to move throughout the resulting network
Q: black metal, death metal, doesn't matter
metals are found in ores. these ore are comprised of other various elements ( like oxygen, sulfur, etc). for the metal extraction, the ore needs to be crushed, then frothed, then left to react with dilute acid, then smelted . ores can be found on the surface of the earths crust or deep in the earths crust. their is also a high percentage of iron in the mantle, outer core and inner core of the earth.
Q: BQ: What is your favorite obscure metal band?metal subgenres (some of many)
I'll answer the latter first. Metal is...well, without a better explanation for it...just Metal. Often considered to be pioneered by Black Sabbath, this genre has now evolved into many and many subgenres, including Death, Black, Power, and Progressive Metal. >_> *Note: I wouldn't say genres are meant to be subjective, at least not to the degree that anyone can claim anything to be Metal. There are certain defining characteristics to it, which can be interpreted loosely, but only slightly. Heavy Metal usually has two different meanings: 1. The proper term of 'Metal' is actually 'Heavy Metal'. Many use Heavy Metal in the same context as Metal. 2. It's also used to refer to Traditional Heavy Metal, like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, and Accept, and modern bands that have the same sound (often clones). 3. Screamo is on a totally different tangent, it's a subgenre of Punk. I'll leave someone else to give the details of that, since I am not experienced. Now, my recommendations are divided by subgenre: Power: Helloween, Kamelot, Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica, Angra Progressive: Adagio, Winds, Symphony X, Pagan's Mind, Dream Theater. Melodeath: In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, Unanimated, Eucharist, At the Gates. Death: Monstrosity, Death, Necrophobic, Illdisposed, Edge of Sanity Black: Immortal, Catamenia, Stormlord, Dissection, Emperor Sludge/Stoner: The Ocean, Electric Wizard, Superjoint Ritual, Kyuss, Isis Gothic: Tristania, Sirenia, Orphanage, The Black League, Dark Lunacy. Doom: Candlemass, Grand Magus, Isole, Draconian, Novembers Doom Folk/Viking: Ensiferum, Eluveitie, Borknagar, Vintersorg, Windir Traditional: Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Saxon, Black Sabbath, Accept. Thrash: Kreator, Holy Moses, Testament, Sodom, Coroner. Avant-Garde: Alchemist, Faith No More, Solefald, Unexpect, Maudlin of the Well.
Q: Name three metals used to coat other metals. Why is one metal used to coat another?I can say one might be copper..but im not sure about this one
If you define ferrous as having Fe as the major component, there are hundreds, maybe more than a thousand, alloys. In addition to the standard alloy designations, such as 1090, 4340, etc, some steel producers have developed their own trade name alloys which are variations on the standard alloys.
Q: What are two synthetic metals (not naturally ocurring) on the periodic table??
It depends on their stability with other elements. The charges determine how many electrons it is giving up to a non-metal.
Q: from Glam Metal to Blackened Metal to Thrash Metal even to Melodeath
Judas Preist Metallica Def Leppard KISS Iron Maiden
Q: yes or no .and if you want write your opinion
