Manganese has a melting point of 1245oC,specific gravity of 7.2.Ordinary manganese is a hard and brittle gray-white metal .It is chemically reactive and slowly decompose cold water. Manganese metal is ferromagnetic after special treatment.

Introduction

Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.

Application

Mainly used in steel-making, special steel-making, non-ferrous alloy (A-Mn alloy, Ti-Mn alloy, Mg-Mn alloy). It is also widely applied in chemical industry, electron undustry, medicine, aerospace, medicine. Also it is used in the high performance soft magnetization ferrite, high magnetic permeability ferrite, high saturated magnetic induction density low cost ferrite, high stable low cost ferrite.

Q: what are three examples of a specific property that metals have which solve a problem or meet a need: Don't try too hard to impress anybody, just be yourself. Avoid the ones that say a certain style isn't metal just because they don't like it, look for the open-minded metalheads to be friends with. Try listening to a wide variety of metal genre's. And if you're wearing a band shirt, atleast know something about the band lol :)

Q: Okay, I don't know what the heck nu-metal is...people classify so many bands as nu-metal and those bands all sound different! So tell me, is this nu-metal?: I have to go with Power metal just for the simple fact that I'm also not that familiar with Epic Metal ~ sorry :( Also, I have to admit that the whole 'genre' thing is getting really confusing to me. As long as musicians listen to music before they sit down and write songs of their own, the different genres of music, including Metal will evolve and move forward in new and interesting forms. The question is not whether Metal will never die out? The question instead is: Will you at some future point find the songs that evolved from Metal to be so different from the Metal that you know and love that you declare it to no longer be Metal by your definition?

Q: No Nu Metal or Metalcore songs please: It depends on the metal and it depends on how you cut it. Most metals are not found on earth in metallic form, they are found as minerals, oxides, sulfides, sulfates, carbonates, etc. This is the reason that most metals corrode, they are trying to return to the native state (technically, reducing chemical energy). So... freshly machined metals often look shiny because machining has removed the oxidized surface.

Q: and bands mixed with power metal and melodic death metal: in case you weren't aware of this; slipknots playing style doesn't even categorize as being metal anymore, they play with more of an alternative style and you don't want to listen to that, it's audio decay. I read the other participants answers and most of the bands they have listed play more of that contemporary alternative metal , which sucks in my personal opinion, here is a list of a few bands that I think should impress you.
