Manganese has a melting point of 1245oC,specific gravity of 7.2.Ordinary manganese is a hard and brittle gray-white metal .It is chemically reactive and slowly decompose cold water. Manganese metal is ferromagnetic after special treatment.
Introduction
Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.
Application
Mainly used in steel-making, special steel-making, non-ferrous alloy (A-Mn alloy, Ti-Mn alloy, Mg-Mn alloy). It is also widely applied in chemical industry, electron undustry, medicine, aerospace, medicine. Also it is used in the high performance soft magnetization ferrite, high magnetic permeability ferrite, high saturated magnetic induction density low cost ferrite, high stable low cost ferrite.

- Well to start off, Slipknot isn't remotely Death Metal They would fit under Nu Metal or Alternative Metal. Metallica is Thrash Metal/Heavy Metal/Hard Rock because the style they play. I have no idea what Linkin Park is since I don't listen to them. A band is considered by what they play and their sound. If they use growling vocals, distorted guitars, tremolo picking, blast beats, etc. then that would make them Death Metal. That goes to other sub-genres as well. Also, a lot of 'true' metalheads claim that Disturbed, BFMV, A7X, Slipknot, etc. aren't Metal because they're elitist c*nts. Don't hang around with those idiots. - Well that's different, now there's metal sub-genres. In the 70's-80's there weren't. Seeing as what used to be metal in that time is now considered classic rock, or hard rock at best. The difference is this, listen to Ozzy Osbourne (Love Randy, have his signature guitar), Motley Crue, Guns N Roses, then listen to Lamb Of God, Pantera (Groove metal), or Here Comes The Kraken (Deathcore). Or Opeth for some nice progressive metal.

- i think that metalcore was designed to make metal easy, that's why its sooooo mainstream and youngsters(but not me) are sooooo crazy about it(reasons include: easy to play/compose on instruments, fad, popularity of band members etc etc).....these stuff are NOT what a real metal musician or fan looks for. Metal was not meant to be easy! Metal was meant for the people who feel and understand every bit of their music down to their groins and not for people who just wanna look cool (i meant hardcore/metalcore/emo kids hehehe) and that's the main reason( i think) as to why poser bands called it metalcore...they wanna stick with metal guys, who are considered the gods of music/the cool guys inside and out, while they(metalcore) lazy away with all the metalcore music they make, contented with the fact that metal guys are pissing all over them everytime they do an album or a show..... can't they just call it core?

- Metal is first divided into the various types then each type is sent to a specific furnace which melts the metal down and impurities are skimmed off to maintain purity. Then the molten metal is poured into a mold, hardened then brought to a refinery where it is refined to a very high % then poured into bars weighing about 30 lbs. then sold to customers all over the world. I live in a smelter toen and we deal with this all fo the time. My summer jobs while in University included this work.

- I love a lot of Extreme Metal. Thats mostly what I listen to lanow a days. But, Power Metal is just something I can't handle. Its ok for a song or two and I occasionally enjoy those songs. I have nothing against it, but I just don't care for it. As for you follow up question; The vocal's I fidn a little annoying and from what Power Metal I've heard their isn't usually much variation. Nice question, though.

You play as Solid Snake in every other Metal Gear game. Metal Gear Solid 3 and MGS Portable Ops took place before any other Metal Gear games, in the 1960's.
