Toxic levels for an adult male start at about 700mg of elemental iron daily. If your hemoglobin level is normal, you need no more than 20mg daily for good health. Q:i dont really like food that has iron in it?is it important for my body: Iron is extremely important for your body. You definitely don't want to end up like me with a lack of iron deficiency. I get tired real fast, I'm always dizzy, migraines weekly and a bad case of anemia because I have extremely low iron. Now I have a daily regimen where I have to take iron pills twice a day in order to built my blood back up where it should be. I hope this helps. : )

Q:Are iron supplements taken from animals?: Do not think so much , first is your own health . being vegetarian dosent mean that you stop eating things or medicines beneficial for your health . One day you will not take calcium supplement other day another thing . Cokies, ice creams, choclate , sugar, lip-colour and many other things might have something or the other from the animals. Take good care of your self and try n find out herbal products in your city.

Q:if i straighten my hair with a regular flat iron and then straighten it with a clothes iron with a towel covering my hair, will my hair be wicked pin straight or not?: Don't even bother with the flat iron first, just put the towel over your hair, put it on the lowest setting possible, and use the clothes iron, saves you some time. Might also want to have someone else do it for you, lots easier, I used to have my mom do it. And yes, it gets it very, very straight.
