Q: I bought prenatal vitamins (Nature Made) that are high in folic acid (800 mcg), iron (27 mg) and zinc. I heard from somewhere that it is not good to take prenatal vitamins that have too much iron. Is that true? Is 27 mg of iron too much? If it is too much, what should be the maximum dosage of iron a day?: if they are prenatal vitamins then that is what they are designed for they should be fine until you're doctor can prescribe a vitamin that he or she feels is right for you you will be tested to see if you are anemic and then they will decide how much iron you need it varies I was anemic during my first pregnancy and am not this time so good for you on getting vitamins in the first place that is a great start!! btw too much iron can cause constipation ugh!! have a great pregnancy

Q: Currently I‘m playing Titleist DCI 962 Irons which are around 10 years old and have been heavily used. Q: if i straighten my hair with a regular flat iron and then straighten it with a clothes iron with a towel covering my hair, will my hair be wicked pin straight or not?: Don't even bother with the flat iron first, just put the towel over your hair, put it on the lowest setting possible, and use the clothes iron, saves you some time. Might also want to have someone else do it for you, lots easier, I used to have my mom do it. And yes, it gets it very, very straight.

Q: been taking iron supplements individual for a couple years now and read some where that multivitamins that contain iron,zinc, potassium can stain teeth? never heard of such a thing. but mostly liquid iron?thanks: Yes iron can stain not only teeth, but also skin. This is usual when iron is introduced in liquid form. Orally (that's why it is needed to be taken in straw with your juice) to prevent staining and hasten up it's action. Injectables(z-track method is necessary to have a skin lock and prevent iron from pouring out and cause stain). But when you take iron in capsules, you don't neet to worry at all because it's encapsulated.

Q: whats tye BEST and cheepest straightening iron?: Truthfully chi irons are the best to me.They do cost about 130.00 but it is worth it. They make such a big difference when you use them. I'm black and if they can straightening my hair and I have not had a perm in a month those are some dam good irons. But it is a con they break easy so just make sure you take care of them. I have had mine for 7 mths.
