Why choose us ?

Q: Why anti condensation of aluminum alloy anti condensation butterfly valve?
Anti condensation butterfly valve principle: the use of the high performance plate material, can effectively prevent the temperature of body parts, isolating the transfer medium in the pipeline, to the actuator and the connecting flange surface without dew.
Q: How do you explain A in butterfly valve D37A1?
Represents a seal or lining material symbol.Said sealing ring or lining material with the Chinese phonetic alphabet: B Babbitts D nitrided steel, acid resistant stainless steel H, J L Aluminum Alloy, hard rubber, nylon NL, P leather, SA PTFE, SC PVC, SD bakelite, T copper, TC enamel, X rubber, Y hard alloy
Q: Does the pneumatic butterfly valve need electricity?
Yes, for emergency power off, use the 24V power belt with pneumatic butterfly coil to allow pneumatic valve to work
Q: Whenever sports cars are referred, people talk in terms of 'valves'. ex: v8, v12 etc. What does this all mean? Also they sometimes say that a v8 makes a great noise. why? How does the number of valves effects the performance? Many thanks.
When talking about car engines, references such as v4, v6, v8, v10 and v12 are not for the number of valves. it is for the number of cylinders. The more cylinders that an engine has, the more fuel it consumes and most of the time, the more horsepower it can make. There are exceptions to this though. Regarding the noise of the engine, i would agree that a v8 sounds very good when it is roaring. Valves are actually the openings for fuel to get into the cylinders and the exhaust to come out from. Most modern engines have two valves for incoming fuel and two valves for the exhaust making a total of four valves per cylinder. hope that clears it for you
Q: Which is expensive, butterfly valve?
The same material and caliber, butterfly valve structure is simple, less wood, the price is much lower than the gate valve, especially for clip type butterfly valve.
Q: My quot;check engine soonquot; light came on yesterday and soon after that I took it to the nearest Midas to have the diagnostic test run on it - they stated I needed an ERG valve. I have no clue what it is and was told that it could run $160. - $300. for my 1900 Astro van. what is an ERG valve? I have noticed that my van has a low humming sound when I'm driving it.
If initially the codes confirmed that the EGR valve grew to become into defective and grew to become into no longer replaced this might smash the o2 sensor. whilst the EGR is caught open simply by fact of carbon strengthen the engine is taking in extra air it is coming from the blistered gases out of the exhaust and re burning them interior the process the EGR. The O2 sensor will examine this gases passing interior the process the exhaust and point out a lean mix of gasoline and could sign the ECM to strengthen the gasoline to the engine nsequently after a time of employing with mistaken mixtures the o2 sensor will fail. My suggestion is to change the EGR and the O2 sensor then highway try the vehicle.then have the codes rechecked. additionally if the engine isn't working mushy this might reason the transmission to act up.verify that the vacuum hose is linked to the modulator valve on the decrease back of the transmission. some transmissions have a working laptop or computer on a separate circuit interior the device and if the engine isn't working solid computer will p.c.. up the incorrect sign and transmission won't shift properly.. solid good fortune oh and the vehicle ECM or computer isn't your difficulty.
Q: I HAVE A 2003 FORD EXPEDTION THAT IS IDLE ROUGH,AND WILL EVENTUALLY STALL. TODAY I FOLLOWED THE PCV VALVE HOSE TO THE BACK OF THE THROTTLE BODY AND NOTICED THERE IS A BIG HOLE ON THE ELBOW OF THE HOSE. HOW CAN I CHANGE IT? CAN I JUST FORCE THE HOSE OUT AND SIMPLY PUT A NEW ONE? BEEN HAVING THIS ROUGH IDLE /STALL PROBLEM FOR A WHILE I CLEANED IAC VALVE, THROTTLE BODY CHANGED THE AIR FILTER AND ALSO CLEANED THE MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR, I HAVE A P0171 system to lean(bank 1) code
So, the rubber elbow hose has a hole in it. Your best bet is to get the replacement from the Ford dealer. Yes, you can buy just the elbow part from the parts counter at the dealer. If they start acting all dumb (and won't help you or sell you the part) then, go to a different dealer for the part. Another thing you could try is a used one from the junk yard BUT, it's been my experience that the rubber gets too hard and the PCV valve needs a lot of encouragement to be removed. Sometimes you'll damage the used elbow by trying to get it off of the engine or removing the old PCV valve to put in your replacement valve. That's why I recommend getting a new one straight from the source. They are pretty simple to change with ordinary hand tools and some mechanical know-how. You just pull the elbow off of the port that it's attached to on the engine. The valve will probably have a steel clip that goes around the hose at one end of the valve inside of the hose. You simply squeeze the clip with a pair of pliers and tug at the valve until it comes out of the elbow.
Q: Butterfly valve is generally used in what position?
Butterfly valve used in furnace, coal gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas, hot and cold air, environmental protection, chemical smelting and power building water supply and drainage engineering system in conveying a variety of corrosive and non corrosive media pipeline, used to adjust and cut off the media flow. It can also be used for switch control of low pressure pipeline medium.
Q: 1988 volkswagon cabriolet, rabbit tried mystery oil let sit for a week having trouble with stuck valves even taken a wrenrch to manually unstick. help any suggestions 4 cyclinder car has been sitting up for about 4 years
The only reason for a stuck valve is if it bent from a thrown timing belt. Sitting 4 years will not cause valves to stick usually, because there is always some oil leakage from the head, that prevents rust. How do you know the valve is stuck? Have you done a compression test, checked the valve clearance? When you say you take a wrench to manually unstick it, it would help to know what you mean, because there is no place to put a wrench that would help unstick a valve that was stuck. You need to tell us much more.
Q: What are the uses and classifications of manually operated clip butterfly valves?
Classification: butterfly valves are commonly used on the clip butterfly valve and flange butterfly valve two. The clip type butterfly valve is connected with the two pipe flange with a stud bolt. The flange type butterfly valve is provided with a flange on the valve, and bolts are used to connect the flanges at the ends of the valve to the pipe flange.
