Q: So, recently I've encountered problems with the amount of excrement I produce. I consulted my doctor and he said I should try Anal Scaffolding. It was fine for the first 2 weeks but recently it has collapsed, causing an retraction of my rectum. Why is this happening? Q: Another from the ministry of silly questions…I’d like to support a lightweight tarpaulin over my back yard. Single slope, high side attached to the house and low side attached to a scaffolding pole, running horizontally between two walls. Fair weather, no high winds or pooling. The run of pole would be 8 meters. The longest poles seem to be 6m, so I need to use a coupling. Will this be strong enough – ish? I imagine the most stressed point would be just around the edges of the coupling, so If I used two joints/couplings in the bar, wouldn’t I half the strain on a single one?Also if I made the joints at 1m and 7m would that be better than to have a joint in the middle where the most flexing will be?Also bit more expensive, but with Aluminium the bar will be 20kg lighter – buy will it be as strong joint wise?Will a tubular coupling be as good as a external one?If anyone knows.. Thanks!: The problem with your proposal is that you realise that the wind/rain could have an effect but chose to ignore the consequences if it occurs. 'Proper' scaffolding is designed and such an unsupported span would never occur in a 'normal' scaffold so the standard calculations would not work. There is also the possible effect on the walls, could they take an abnormal load? I would look at theatrical or music stage hire using trussed beams.

Q: I got mine done a few days ago and it's super swollen and bruised. I've been told they have pierced it wrong as they didn't use any needles and they just shoved the bar straight through. Is that right? Or should they have used needles? Thank you!: They definitely should have used a needle!

Q: I've pierced my ears a few times myself, but never through the cartilage.I want to know from anyone who has a scaffold piercing, if it hurts?Cause I'm getting it done in 25 days.Thanks in advance x: I had my cartilage pierced a few times in training and it doesnt hurt, its more the after pain that is most irritating, just take paracetamol!

Q: What kind of piercing would you recommend a scaffold piercing in the ears cartlidge or a belly button piercing?: I have both my cartilage and my belly button pierced. I love them both! Cartilage piercing was initially less painful until you had to turn it once a day during cleaning - that hurt a lot. Also, whichever side you get it pierced on - it will hurt SO bad if you sleep on that side. It takes around 8 months to a year to completely heal. Cost was $40. Belly button - It felt like a pinch when I got mine done. Clean this one 2x a day with sea salt soaks. Don't swim until it is completely healed. It takes 6-8 months to completely heal. Cost was $20 on half price piercing day - so it's usually $40.

Q: Was it painful? How much did it cost you?: it is on the top of your ear normaly and long bar I am going to get it done this week I say it looks fab but if you are to get it done get it done with a needle and not a gun because it will sharrer your ear if not carefull a mate of a mate got his done by gun and hes ear collapst do go for needle they may numb it for you good luck if are going to its right at $40

Q: I got my scaffolding piercing yesterday (a bar through the cartilage) and when i woke up this morning there was quite a lot of blood, i mean like there was big clumps of it around the holes. I've cleaned it up and it seems to look okay and it isn't any more painful than when i got it done yesterday. Is this normal?Thanks (:: well when i got my lip pierced idk if this is the same thing but when i woke up the next morning there was blood on my pillow, my face, and running down my neck and now its fine just be sure to clean it every day and it should be fine

Q: above the ground by pulling on a rope weighting 6lb/ft. Set up the integral of how much work is required ( only the integrand)? Let x denote the height above ground.What is the total work?: tie 3 concrete blocks to the end of the rope and let that bucket fly up = let gravity do the work

Q: is it possible for me to get an industrial piercing like do i have the right kind of ear shape for it ?: You can definitely get it! When you go in to get it they'll just measure the length from side to side of your ear and pick a bar according.. then you'll just have to go through the piercing process which isn't bad at all.
