A headbangers journey is really the best one there is but I would recommend one called Until the light takes us. its all about the black metal inner circle in norway during the 90's and the groups promotion of extreme violence, suicide, church burnings, etc. its not death metal, but interesting none the less. I know there's a number of black metal documentaries out there (their names are slipping by me at the moment), but i dont think there are too many death metals ones. Another one you might find interesting is Modify. you've probably already seen it, but if not check it out. not at all about music, but instead body modification, but still phenomenal. hope this helps.
