Q: i wanted to know how refurbished T-Mobile phones are. How they're wear and tear comes and if they have any problems with signals or buttons or anything like that. I was looking at the Samsung Vibrant in the refurbished form and also the HTC mytouch 3G slide! if anyone has any information i would love that! thank you soo much reading! :)
Samsung Vibrant Android Phone (T-Mobile) The first thing you notice about the Vibrant is its big beautiful screen. The 480x800 AMOLED screen is sharp and beautiful, easy to type on, and shows plenty of detail. -The phone itself is thin and light, with a nice curve near the bottom to hold onto. -1 GHz Samsung Hummingbird processor is faster in benchmarks than a 1 GHz Snapdragon and offers enhanced graphics procesing -The buttons are not buttons but touch sensitive surfaces, like a flat screen TV. -16gb of onboard storage is awesome. Add a 32gb microsdhc card and you've got 48gb, more than the iPhone. -3G connection takes advantage of T-mobile's ever expanding 3G network, currently the fastest of any carrier in many cities. -5 megapixel camera takes decent pictures and records video at 720p. .
Q: For Christmas I got a T-Mobile Sidekick Id cell phone. Is it possible for me to transfer my Sprint Samsung Rant Sim card into my T-Mobile sidekick?
Sprint doesnt use sim cards. They use CDMA networking ( no sim cards) TMobile and atT use sim cards. Plus sprint wont activate a nonsprint branded phone. The phone has to be from sprint
Q: i need a cheap but nice virgin mobile phone, any reccomendations?
depends if ur looking for prepaid phones or plan phones? the cheapest virgin prepaid we carry at my store is $60. i would recomend supertab tho honestly, plus virgins plans start at 20dollars and all theyre plans include unlimited texting and all the minutes r long distance. check out their website :) sorry for phone ideas the galaxy 550 (touch screen) or the galaxy 551 (touch screen + slide keyboard) r good phones and not to expensive. or theres the.lg rumor if u wanna keep it real simple again just head to their website, u can see their full line up
Q: Could you explain how the microwaves emitted from a mobile phone work, and effect our brain?
cell phones emit EM (electromagnetic (can be made simply by applying a current to a simple wire)) radiation cwavelength*frequency let's find the wavelength for 2,5 GHz cell phone signals wavelengthc/frequency wavelength3*10^8/2,5*10^90,12m (12cm wavelengths) these long wavelengths penetrate not easily into our body and brain compared to gamma rays which has wavelength in pico meter and penetrate easily into body energy of cell phone 2,5 GHz signals Eh*f E4,14*10^-15*2,5*10^9 E10,35*10^-6 eV (electron Volt) E10,35 micro eV 10,35 micro eV is not big compared to gamma rays which have 1,24 Mega eV which is deadly to molecules and body EM radiation may cause certain molecules (in brain f.ex) to absorb energy, but since the energy to cell phone is so small, the absorbed energy is harmless to the brain molecules. the wavelength is also hard to penetrate through brain so the conclusion: NOT HARMFULL
Q: I really want a certain phone from T Mobile, but my plan is on Verizon and I cannot switch. is there any way to do this?
Nope. There are basically two types of phones and service- GSM and CDMA. Sprint and Verizon are CDMA, while Cingular and T-Mobile are GSM. The phones are entirely incompatible. If you have another carrier, you can tell the difference in service by knowing if your phone takes a SIM card. A SIM card is used in GSM phones. Also GSM is more of a world wide standard, so if you travel it may be a better type of phone/service to choose.
Q: Does anyone knows that mobile phone number or at least knows a way to find who owns it???
mobile phone numbers are highly govt protected so there probably isn't a search to find out the owner of the cell like there is a way to find the owner of a land line. plus, there are so many people who have cell phones but they are in other people's name, ie: their parents, siblings, etc. the best way: call and ask
Q: I was wondering if you also could use a japanese mobile phone outside Japan? And I mean that someone from Japan comes in Europe and wants to call his family in Japan or something. Would it be possible to call with his mobile phone?Another thing:I got the fact about Japanese people sending each other emails rather than sms cuz it wouldn't fit with the kanji and such. But now I was wondering, what if they have like a friend from England who isn't able to send or receive email with his phone? Can the japanese guy that choose to sms him? I mean with the kanji it wouldn't matter because they'll have to communicate in English. Just wondering if the japanese people still use the sms function. Also if they send someone an email with their phone, is that person than able to see that email on his mobile phone AND on the computer? Or is the email address someone has on his phone completely different than the email address he had on his computer? So many questions ^^ Please give me loads of answers :)Thanks!
Yeah she is breaking up with you sorry!:(
Q: I have a T-Mobile HP Phone Pocket PC thing and I use cingular. Can they unlock the phone to work with cingular?
yup you can get it unlocked but it can be expensive if you get it unlocked I'd say about $50 or so hope this helps :D
Q: Hello guys would you please tell me about a where can I purchase second hand mobile phones in bradford?
caution; you may get stuck unless: the phone is labeled with the provider you want to use CDMA providers refuse to activate any phone but the ones they sold and it must be GPS enabled. or the provider uses GSM and not CDMA. It is illegal to sell a locked GSM phone now. so all you need to do is migrate the sim card.
Q: I can't stand any of the T-Mobile phones but I'm stuck using them. So does anyone know any unlocked phones that work well with T-Mobile?
you can use any gsm phone that is unlock so long as you are just making calls and texting. where your problem will be is with any functions that has to connect to the phones internet. t-mobile uses t-zone and it can only be accessed from a t-moble phone, so you want be able to use the internet, send or receive pic messages, multimedia messages, or download anything.
