General Information of Ceramic Fiber Blanket
Ceramic fiber blanket is a needled blanket that is made from high purity spun ceramic fiber, suitable for high temperature insulation up to 2300°F.
Ceramic fiber blanket is made from high quality Kao-Ling clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process.
Ceramic fiber blanket is asbestos free. Double-side needling provides ceramic fiber blanket with great tensile or handing strength for easy installation.

FAQ
Q1: How do you control the products quality?
A1: With strict quality control system throughout the materials selection and production process, our refractory and ceramic fiber products quality is effectively controlled to meet customer requirements.
From the raw materials selecting, our quality control begin. The quality certificates of raw materials are required and each batch will be tested before using. During production, the quality control is conducted by workers and then each piece will be sorted and examined by quality supervisors.
Q2: What`s the lead time for my order?
A2: It depends on customers’ requirements and our production schedule. And usually we need 30-60 days for refractory bricks, 10-25 days for unshaped refractory materials and 10-20 days for ceramic fiber blankets.
Q3: Can you offer Door-to-Door delivery?
A3: Yes, but only for some countries such as U.S., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia, etc.
Q4: What is the minimum quantity?
A4: There is no minimum order quantity. Depending on the item and processing, there may be a minimum production required, however we can offer a quotation based only on the quantity you need.
Q5: Can you give me a brief introduction of the application of your products?
A5: CNBM (China National Building Material) core refractory business comprises the production, sale and installation of high-grade refractory products, the development and implementation of customized system solutions as well as rendering outstanding services for the key industries in Glass, Iron& Steel, Petrochemical, Cement, Ceramic and Nonferrous Metals.
- Q: I am going to be running cable through the attic to a officei wanted to know is there any wiring things i should worry aboutIt's a house92;buissness So, pretty much it would be a home installation. All the wiring is in the atticelectrical and otherwise.A92;C Ducts alsoi already ran the wires i just want to make sure i am doing this without causing a fire hazardhere is some of the line.0Line 1 goes on the side of this thick black wire, around a corner past a quot;light bulp wire and through a hole to lead out of the ceiling.Line 2 goes from the ceiling, next to a air ventLine 3 goes from a corner of the house over insulation 3ft apart from any wiring over an air duct over some wiring and through the same hole in the ceilingLine 4 goes over the same as line 3Line 5 goes over a few light wiring.oh and i have Ethernet cable following the exact same routes.Am i going to burn this house down?
- I am guessing that during construction, the drywallers or carpenters would have put that in the ductMaybe even the general contractor Anyways, the idea is to keep as much junk(sanding dust) out of a clean system-as the pipes do not have stuff in them of any sortSo it is kind of a preventative measure If it is forced air heating, then those ducts would also receive the same treatment OK? When house was nearing completion there is a lot less dust(especially when the Painter is there.) After the painter should have been the house cleaners(I think they do it or the furnace guys) and they should have checked all the vents to be sure that they were clean of anything Looks like they missed a fewIf you don't have proper air circulation the worst that could happen is that your heating bill will be higher in the winter.
- Q: What's the best, most affordable bulky weight wool yarn to use for knitting projects?

- Q: and always on that TV show collecting stuff
- Measure the old oneEdit: if you don't think your old forks have a headset you better take it to the local bike shop and have them do itEdit: You cant put a threadless fork on a bike that had a threaded headsetReturn the fork before you destroy it.
- Q: Several years ago, for a team building activity I made a twisted rope out of yarnEach person had a different piece of yarn and there was PVC piping that we used to twist and make the ropeThe point of the activity was that everyone worked together and that as individuals we can come together and make something strong like how the individual strings make a strong ropeI want to do this activity at a leadership retreat and am looking for instructions on how to do this.
- for a 5 foot piece of rope, you need to measure 12 feet of various kinds of yarns(this requires 2 to 3 people measuring each one.) Then tie the strands together with overhand knot and slip a broom stick through the yarns on each end, making sure the yarns are all the same length., a couple of people down the length of the yarns and one or two in centerEach end twists the yarns clockwise from their endpeople in middle keep the rope from kinkingone end is folded over another broom stick and brought to other endThese are turned loose by remmoving the sticksNow the rope is smoothed out from the middle to both endsNote: I am a spinner and make my own yarns from various natural fibers and some exotic ones tooI use a spinning wheel to do thisThen the yarns are ready to be used on my loom/ the sheeps wool for instance is very fine and fragile pulling apart really easily, but when it is spun into singles it is much stronger and harder to break, when I make it into 2 ply or more yarn, it is really hard to breakMuch stronger yarn than synthetic yarns are.

- Leave it - taking it out won't warm your main level enough to do any goodThe fiberglass insulation is also insulating your main levelIt's also a great sound barrierJust leave itThe pains you'd go through trying to pull it out would be much more than what it's worth anywaysThat fiberglass is nasty stuff! You'll be iching for days, I swearIt's just plain nasty.
- Q: The question:The ceiling and attic of a home are usually better insulated than the wallsExplain why this is beneficial for a hot climate home.Help.!
- I sewed a large round bag once, with a quilted spiral on each sideI drew the lines on with the markers for fabric, then hand-stitched the designYou might want to put light interfacing on beforehand to strengthen the fabric, if it does not interfere with the design of your project If you machine stitch, just go really really slowAnother thing to do is use paint markers for fabricOr stitch on a thin ribbonLotsa luck.
