- yeah duh fiber one is all about fiber content - both soluble and insoluble Fiber one has 60 calories per serving of half cup though while the kelloggs ones are 80And the texture is TOTALLY differentFiber one is puffier and slightly smoother Kelloggs all-bran is kind of, rigid, stiff, darker, and more grainy in the mouthI like the taste of kelloggs more but fiber one is sugar free and lower in caloreis which is all that mattersSo i skip taste all the time for lower calories.
