- Q: I HAVE A 3G ZTE BOOST MOBILE PHONE AN I WANT ANOTHER ONE
- Nope there is no trade. You would have to purchase another boost mobile phone if you want another phone. You can always sell your cell phone on craigslist website and use that money for another cell phone.
- Q: I have a T-Mobile phone and I was wondering if I could trade it in for free at the T-Mobile place
- If its not your personal phone you are using now, you would probably get more money for it if you sell it yourself.
- Q: if i swap my cell phone on the virign mobile website, can i trade it for a different model? i have the wild card and i want to switch it with the new Xtc. can i? and if not, where can i buy the XTC?
- Yes, swapping phone with Virgin Mobile is easy. First you purchase the new phone, wait for it to come in, then log into your account and click on swap phones and follow through the online steps. As of now, Virgin Mobile is still working to get the X-TC phone on the main website. Unfortunately, you must wait until Virgin Mobile puts in on the site before you can buy it. This phone will not be in stores until near the end of April, but it will be online very soon. Hope this helps )
- Q: I had shortlisted the Sony Ericsson T700 and G502 as the choices for my first mobile phone. I am pretty convenient at using mobile phones (as all my relatives have one) so using them is not a problem. My first pref is the T700 but as it is costlier and mostly has the same features as the cheaper G502 (except camera mp, menu layout and more RSS functions), I am thinking of going for the G502. However, I have read that the G502's build quality is poor and it hangs and restarts and similar sort of things. Also some people say that the colour starts coming off after a few months. Is that a cause for worry?I know that firmware needs to be updated regularly so, if I maintain it well, are there chances of problems creeping up? I would also like to know from G502 users if they liked it or if they had some specific problems with it? In the end, should I wait for the T700's price to drop or should I go for the G502?Thanx for reading.
- I've had one for about a couple of months now and had no problems with it. I was just after a low cost phone that would allow me to check emails, get weather reports, connect to messenger, etc. The screen is a little small but I can read my mail using Google's excellent mobile mail app. I haven't tried to write an email with it yet. Build quality is good and I haven't had any problems with it hanging, although a couple of websites that I was viewing with the built in browser have caused it to restart. Can't comment on the paint coming off yet. I think the screen would be easily scratched so I try to avoid putting it in the same pocket as keys, coins, etc. and I'm looking for some sort of cover to protect it. Overall, it does the job for me and I've been pleased with it in the first couple of months I've had it. Best regards,
- Q: I have a t-mobile cell phone and since I returned home from vacation Sunday, I have noticed that my phone now says ATT as its service, not 'T-mobile.' I haven't done anything to my phone, and have no idea why this is happening! A few of my friends who live next door also have T-mobile and have the same thing happening. What's even more odd is we have far better service now (even though ATT has horrible service in this area- New York's Hudson Valley).Any idea as to why this is may be occurring?
- It just means you're connecting to an ATT tower instead of to a T-Mobile one. Sometimes that happens because there's an issue with the T-Mobile tower and your phone can't connect to it. (Like if they're working on it right then or it's just busted, which seems to happen often.) If it's giving you better service, that's awesome, so don't bother to ask T-Mobile to put you back on their towers (tech support can do that I think). Roaming on other towers is included on T-Mobile so it's not going to affect your bill at all.
- Q: I mean children as small as 4th grade have personal mobiles for friends. Isn't it tooo much?
- It is not necessary for kids that age. Children must be old enough to be responsible with such a device. I would say 6th grade, give it a try. However, they must be aware it never goes to school.
- Q: Does anyone know when or what type of phones virgin mobile will get this years.
- I've okorder
- Q: I have MSN messenger 4.1.9 on my mobile phone (already installed with phone) I just started using. My question is thishow do I appear offline to my contacts (or only a select few) ????
- it depends on the phone you are using . But some of the messenger software on phones don't have appear offline option. If you can be more specific about the model / make of your phone i bet more people can help you.
- Q: If I were to go to a T-Mobile store, and buy, say a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, for FULL price, could I use it with another carrier like ATT, or Straight Talk?Do T-Mobile phones come unlocked since I did buy it full price?
- If I were to go to a T-Mobile store, and buy, say a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, for FULL price, could I use it with another carrier like ATT, or Straight Talk? ------------ no…. tmobile wont sell you’re a phone at full price no matter how much you beg them Do T-Mobile phones come unlocked since I did buy it full price? ---------- no, contract, subsidy, or full price still means its locked. 1) Wireless Carrier stores, called CORS (company owned retail stores), do not sell phones at full price to non-customers. Either you are already a customer of theirs…. Or…. plan on being a customer of theirs in the next 10-15 minutes. Lmao 2) Branded wireless carrier phones sold at Full Price (499-699) on national retailer sotres and sites (walmart, amazon, radioshack, best buy) are locked to that carrier. You must call the carrier to obtain the unlock code. 3) Non-branded wireless carrier phones are sold ONLY by the OEM and are naturally unlocked, may/may not have additional hardware/software installed than basic wireless carrier versions, and are geared, mod’d more to developers and techs rather than the idiot sheeple of the general public. They are $699-$999…
- Q: I had a boost mobile phone a long time ago and ive heard its changed now but im not sure. i just want to know if it still takes forever to open a text message or send one because that does get really annoying and im not gonna get one if it is still like that
- I'm joining the club as well. Haven't been able to receive texts since about 9:30 this morning haven't been able to send any out since then as well. Can still receive phone calls get on the internet. Just called VM Customer Service heard the pre-recorded message as well. What a huge pain in the butt this is.
