- You can buy any CDMA phone (Verizon, Sprint, Metro, Boost) and flash it for Metro PCS service. You cannot buy GSM phones (ATT or T-Mobile) since these are built on a different technology. Caution, regular flash will allow you to use phone for talk and text. However, if you want to use data services such web or email you will need to fully flash the phone.
- Q: I have a w385 Krzer on Boost Mobile's UNLTD plan. I like the Krzer and all but I'd like a new phone but keep the same number and plan. I was just on their site and was looking at all their phones but there is no option to buy a new phone in replacement of your other. the Krzer w385 does not have a SIM card so I can't but another phone online to swap card into I don't think. - Not any phone company. Different carriers use different systems. Like cdma and gsm.Sprint, Virizon, and alltell are services that use cdma, which is basically an internal built sim. Some carriers offer a flash service that enables you to use their carrier, however once flashed your phone will only be able to be with that carrier. ATT once activating your phone will block it from being used anywhere else.Hope this helps.

He didnt cancel the contract or the SIM card, so he could see who was being called, to attempt to find out who took it. The calls were all over the place, in different cities around here. Is there anyway to track his phone and/or SIM to see what area he lives in? Maybe the handset? Hes dreading calling T-Mobile because he owes money, but could they do anything? And finally, what happens if the SIM card gets changed?

- Hello, I just did this recently. First, once you sign on to Yahoo Messenger, down about 3/4 of the way down, below your friends or family list of names online, you will see Phone Out and a Phone In. You will need to click on the Phone Out and follow the instructions for calling, including entering your credit card number. Then, to begin making calls, you will have to follow the instructions that are sent to you from Yahoo in an email they will send to the email address you provided to them. This will take a few days to get done, so, you may not be able to make calls this way til after Christmas. Sorry
