- Q: I am using my mobile phone's GPRS connection to connect to the internet thru a USB cable connected to my laptop. However when I browse the web I don't get the speed indicated in the network icon and it seems like the data received sent is intermittent.
- All GPRS connections are not equal. For instance, T-Mobile is pretty much 56k (in my area). But, Verizon is about the speed of DSL. There maybe some configuration options in the properties of your network neighborhood for this connection. Look for performance or power save. Many of those cards come with optimal powersave which can affect performance.

- T-Mobile phones are not compatable with Page Plus. Page Plus uses Verizon phones. Page Plus does not use sim card with their phones. You will need to buy a Verizon phone that works with Page Plus. Then you will have to call/contact Page Plus and have them Port your phone number with T-Mobile to Page Plus. You may want to contact Page Plus and see if they will port a phone number from T-Mobile, before you buy a phone.

- I have the phone. The touchscreen is very responsive and easy to use, and everything on the phone like messaging and calling is good. The 3.2 megapixel camera is also pretty good too! It has quite a few little extras that are quite nice like the basic calculator as well as a converter which is useful. The only thing i find really frustrating about the phone is that it doesnt allow you to put any content on it such as new games and applications unless they are paid for! It doesnt have a stylus as it is sometimes advertised. The other thing is it can be difficult to connect it to a pc because my laptop with vista can never locate the driver. The last complaint i have is the headphones. They're rubbish. but other then that the phone works well and is very stylish if you only want it for the basic calling, texting etc. hope this helps.
