- yes, any kind of insulation weather it be, polly foam, cellulose or fiberglass insulation, is always a good idea. no matter what you put inside your walls there is always a chance that something will leak. fiberglass will absorb water and rot your walls just as quick as any other tipe of insulation. a leak is a leak.
- Q:and a/v components..if not then why not?
- If your building code allows romex, use that as your power cord. If the a/v components are low voltage, that would be fine.
- Q:Trying to get fit and build up my muscles.. my friend recently got a jml pull up bar for his bedroom door, but it doesn't screw in, it rests on the door frame and is very strong. - Try and do a pull up on it and if you hear any noises of it weakening or cracking then don't use it. I got a pull up bar that wasn't supported right and i fell to the ground while using it and the pull up bar fell on my back.. Lol that hurt.
