Q:Fire, the signal butterfly valve flange connection or welding?
1, do a good job with flange.2, flange (Flange), also known as flange, flange plate or edge. A flange is a part that is connected between the pipe and the pipe, used for the connection between the ends of the pipe. It is also used for the flange on the entrance and exit of the equipment. It is used for the connection between the two devices, such as the reducer flange. Flange connection or flange joint means that the flange, the shim and the bolt are mutually connected as a group of three detachable sealing structures. Pipe flanges are flanges used for piping in pipe installations. They are used on equipment and refer to the entrance and exit flanges of the equipment. The flange is lined with bolts to secure the two flanges. Gaskets for gaskets between flanges. Sub threaded flange connection (threaded connection), flange welding flange and flange clamp. Flanges are used in pairs. Low pressure pipes can be made of wire flanges and welded flanges with pressures of more than four kilograms. Add a gasket between the two flanges and secure with bolts. Different pressure flange thickness is different, they use the bolt is also different. Water pump and valve, and in the pipe connection, these equipment parts of the equipment also made corresponding flange shape, also known as flange connection. Any connecting parts that are bolted and closed in the vicinity of the two planes are generally referred to as flanges, such as the connections of the ventilation ducts, which can be called flanges". However, this connection is only part of a device, such as flanges and pumps connected, it is not good to call the water pump flange parts". Relatively small, such as valves, can be called flanges".3, also known as welding: welding, melt, is a kind of heating, high temperature or high pressure way of metal or other thermoplastic materials such as plastic manufacturing process and technology.
Q:Electric butterfly valve (not take the lead) what do you mean?
Electric butterfly valve, as its name implies, consists of an electric actuator and butterfly valve, and the customer does not take the lead, that is, without the electric actuator, only the butterfly valve can be provided.
Q:What is the effect of nylon coating on butterfly valve plate? Thank you
Mainly media will not be contaminated by rust on the body, you should say that the central soft sealing butterfly valve, the central valve is generally cast steel or cast iron material, so useNylon coatingLining up. There are soft seals, sealing performance is relatively high
Q:Types of butterfly valves
Butterfly valve structure categories: central to clip butterfly valve, central flange butterfly valve, single eccentric butterfly valve, double eccentric butterfly valve, eccentric butterfly valve, soft sealing butterfly valve, hard sealing butterfly valveButterfly drive categories: handle, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, electromagnetic, electromagnetic, hydraulic, electro hydraulic, hydraulic, hydraulic, pneumatic
Q:What does "C" in D971F-16C DN450 RF mean for electric butterfly valves?
C represents the valve body and the material is cast steel;D stands for butterfly valve; 9 stands for electric; 7 stands for clip type; 1 represents middle line butterfly valve; 16 stands for nominal pressure 1.6Mpa; RF stands for flange joint; in the form of protruding surface.
Q:Butterfly valve general use occasions
Valve is especially suitable for low differential pressure, large diameter, large flow of gas and slurry liquid. For general control valve, DN300mm is big valve, only individual to DN450, and for the butterfly valve, DN500 below is a small valve, DN500 ~ 1000 is the standard valve, the largest butterfly caliber up to 9m. Visible, large diameter pipe with the main butterfly valve.
Q:Specifically an engine valve retainer.
TRhe retainer and locks works together to hold valve to spring and keep valve from falling into the cylinder and spring from coming off the top. The locks are tappered, small end at bottom, big end at top. You compress the spring down, drop retainer over valve, put locks in groove of valve stem and pull up on the retainer to lock the retainer and locks in place, the relese the pressure off your spring compressor and the valve spring now holds pressure up on retainer which forces up on the big end of locks and holds everything together
Q:Should I connect the butterfly valve before and after the pump? Or gate valve?
The best pump outlet valve, because the valve opening control accuracy, no movement. Valve structure is strong, adjusting performance better than butterfly valve. The pump outlet needs constant switching and adjustment, so the pump outlet valve is suitable for gate valve.Life water system valve, it is best to choose the gate valve, strong and reliable, cut off the system to grasp. But the cost is higher, occupying more space.Choose 1 or 1.6, there is no principle requirements, because the water supply pressure of life is generally between 0.25-0.5MPA, can meet the requirements. Only 1.6 is more durable and stronger, but the price is higher.
Q:oil coming from valve into turbo charger
The last two answers were wrong. Duramax motors have a Pcv valve. It stands for positive crankcase ventilation and every engine has one that I am aware of and it's to relieve the air pressure built up in the crankcase from the pistons moving up and down. The Pcv allows atmospheric air pressure inside then crankcase. If there is a lot of air pressure coming out of the Pcv you could have bad valve seals or worn piston rings allowing massive amounts of air being forced into the crank case. The Pcv valve on 2003 and older have the Pcv built into the valve cover. It is a box shape cap that has a spring and diaphragm under it. Old question just thought I would clear that up for the 2 people not so mechanically inclined that answered last.
Q:Hi guys, i asked a question before pertaining to the amount of cylinders and asking if it meant V4 or V6 or whatever.I actually meant to say VALVES, not cylinders. IS there a direct correlation between VALVES and Clyinders..Eg, My car, which is a 2001 Neon LE states right on the engine block quot;16 VALVEquot; in bright letters. I am sure this is a 4 cylinder engine. I haven't had a car that broadcasted the number of VALVES before. Another car I had broadcast that is was a 3.3 Liter V6 right on the engine. Is there a mathematical relationship between VALVES and cylinders, or would my car be braodcasting 16 VALVES, because a 4 cylinder doesn't typically HAVE 16 valves, or what is the story??Recently, I was looking at an altima, and it said 24 valves. Can you tell just by the number of valves if it is a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder or whatever??Thanks.
Well a lot of valves signify that more air/gas is getting to the engine so it suggests a more powerful engine. So your car has 4 valves per cylinder. Now that's pretty much a standard number so most expensive cars don't really even talk about that. They mostly just advertise the displacement. You can't really tell the type of engine via the number of valves because it does vary by manufacturer. For example there could be a 16 valve V8 also also(2 valves per cylinder). There are some ratios that dont work like a 16 valve V6 because you cannot have 2.6 valves.
