- If your cement area is adjacent to a grassy area, ticks can move from the grass onto the cement, then get onto your rabbit. Although this is unlikely, it's still possible. Your rabbit is probably safe on the cement. When you bring him in, just check him over closely for ticks. You might also want to ask a veterinarian if there is a tick repellent suitable for rabbits. I have ticks on my property. I get bitten several times every summer.

- If its 1/2 cement board you should use a better cement product than thin set. Thin set isn t meant to be used 1/2 thick. Couple of options.. Finish taking it out (PIA I know) , repair what you ve ripped out so far, or use thin set in two pours so it isn t as thick in one pore. Let it dry a couple (several) days. This allows all the moisture to leave and no other shrinkage will occur.. You still may have to do another smooth coat to make it flat.. Depends on how big this repair is.. Thin set, in a large area, loses its compression strength and will crumble over time.. No one can really say because you don t say the size of area to be done.. - Q: Eucalyptus leaves were left on the front porch. It rained. Evidently, they are treated with some type of coloring agent and it dripped from the leaves to the porch cement leaving a bluish stain. The tint washed right off my hands, but not so with the cement which absorbed it like an easter egg.I've tried soap and water -- no good.Krud Kleaner with a wire brush -- faded it a little.OxyClean with a toothbrush -- faded it a little more.But, the stain is still there and very visible. Is there anything that will get it out? Bleach, maybe...vinegar ???Help!Thanks.
- Concrete is porous, so the stain has gotten into the concrete. The first thing I would do is pressure wash the stain. This will probably remove 90% of the stain. If you have any stain left after that, treat with bleach, covering the bleached concrete with a plastic bag and weights to help delay evaporation, followed by a final pressure wash.

When you turn the drum one direction, the dry cement ingredients the water are pulled down into the drum by the direction of the fins, mixing everything together. When you arrive at the job site, the ingredients are all mixed into cement, and ready to use. The driver then reverses the rotation of the drum, and the mixed cement now is pushed out of the drum by those same fins, he pours the load, and goes back to the yard. The ingredients are loaded into the drum dry, then water is added. The drum then mixes it all as the truck is driving to the job site.
