When I take the wheel off and turn the rotor, it doesn‘t spin smoothly, and makes a scraping sound during the revolution (possibly rubbing on the brake pads?). Is this part of my problem? I have had the entire wheel bearing assembly replaced in that wheel within the last 2 years. Any advice on what this could be would be very helpful. Thank you.
