Q: I have a 03 explorer and the windows and moon roof wont go up and the radio wont turn on i checked all the fuses they are all good I don't know what it could be could someone tell me what it could be: did you check that fuses were getting power. use a test light on both sides of fuses. most all power windows get power from drivers side . see if getting power to drivers switch for windows dont know about moon roof. look for relays.

The fuel pump would start pulling too much current from a pump going bad (ran out of fuel) and the fuse box would burn the fuel pump circuit. Search the internet for new/old stock. A used one might not last long. Also make sure the fuel pump is not pulling too much amperage. Also, add lubricant to your gasoline every time you fill up to prevent it all from happening again. The oil in the gas keeps the pump lubed preventing burn out and over current situation. I use about 1 to 2 ounces of clean motor oil in every tankful of gas. Also, don't run out of gas.
