Product Description:

Laminated Glass

2.Min size:300*300

3.Max size:3660*2440

nated glass, is a kind of security compound glass made by sealing two or more pieces of glass together with PVB film through the process of heating and pressurization. The shape of the glass can be flat or curved. The laminated glass has 2 layers,3 layers,5 layers, 7 layers, or more.

Function and Characteristic of Skylight Laminated Glass:

1.  Security: because of  the agglutinated function of the PVB film, when the glass is broken, only bring into radiation-like crackle, the fragment will not scatter out. It is safe and can not hurt people. So, it is widely used in the windshield glass for automobiles.

2.  Sound insulating : With a good damping function for sound wave, laminated glass is a favorable sound insulating material.

3.  Energy saving:  Laminated glass has better thermal performance than normal glass. Combined with insulating glass, laminated glass can achieve even better sound reduction effect and thermal insulation performance. Apparently, it is an ideal and safe energy-saving product.

4. U.V. Filtering : The interlayer can filter out ultra-violet rays, so that can prevent the indoor or objects such as furniture from fading.

5. Wider variety of color and patterns to choose for better decoration effect: PVB interlayer can be in various colors to meet with architect’s design intent and decoration requirements. It can also control transmittance of solar energy and reduce indoor air-condition load.

Specification of Skylight Laminated Glass:

Flat laminated glass: Thickness 6-40mm

Max size: 2650x6500mm

Min size: 150mm*150mm

Curved laminated glass: Thickness 6-30mm

Q: The average thermal conductivity of the walls (including windows) and roof of a house is 4.8E-4 kW/m·°C, and their average thickness is 20.5 cm. The house is heated with natural gas, with a heat of combustion (energy given off per cubic meter of gas burned) of 9300 kcal/m3. How many cubic meters of gas must be burned each day to maintain an inside temperature of 27.0°C if the outside temperature is 0.0°C? Disregard radiation and energy loss by heat through the ground.I have no idea how to even go about solving this, so please show me work. THANKS!
The rate of heat transfer is given by Q = k A dT / x where k is thermal conductivity, A is the surface area, dT is the difference in temperature, and x is the thickness. If you plug in units you will see that W/m°C * m^2 °C / m gives you units of W. Hopefully from the figure you can calculate the surface area of the walls and roof. One watt is one Joule per second. One calorie is about 4.18 Joules. Use this information to find the amount of energy, in calories, that is expended over a period of 24 hours, and divide by 9,300,000 (don't forget this is in kilocalories) to find out how much gas is needed.
Q: What's the difference between skylights and roof windows?
skylights open. roof windows dont... generally.
Q: My apt has bords on my windows the bathroom roof is falling in and its full of mold the outlets dont work the hot water dont work is this legal
Its not illegal unless it constitutes a health hazard, you tell the landlord, and he refuses to meet the minimum standard of occupancy for your unit. But, if you don't tell him he doesn't know and can not be held accountable. If YOU Know, you also have an obligation to assess the danger and act appropriately as it relates to YOUR safety. That means that YOU need to find out if it is dangerous and if so, move out. If you don't it implies your acceptance of the conditions. Its not a free ride for either party. .
Q: what is the best way to clean a copper picture window roof? I've tried Brasso and it doesn't work?
when i was in the navy we found that using coo laid did the best job on all the brass use the kind that dont have sugar it i know that it might sound foulish but it will work
Q: We have a basic colonial hone. The roof is slate and the exterior walls are block with a brick facing. The roof is a complete loss. Several roofers all stated this and we can see the damage. My question is, would extensive damage to our roof have any effect on our windows??? I ask because from the roof to attic window you can see cracks which then follow the seam of the window to window bottom and again crack through facing to the next floor, this pattern continues to the first floor windows. Every window needs to be replaced. Could a damaged leaking roof case this???
Roof spread is often caused by cut roof frames made from timber that was taken to the building site, sawed and put together on the spot. Using materials that way can make calculations for the roof difficult. Solving roof spread often involves switching to a different roof construction style and material, such as a trussed roof that is manufactured in a factory and put together off-site. Or
Q: Hi,I have been a roofer for over 20 years installing hundreds of Velux type roof windows but i know that my idea is / quicker and easier for the roofer to fit / needs no flashings / and sits lower to the roof than any other roof window I know but who can I trust with the idea and I have no money. Can anyone point me in the right direction as I am a bit stuck to who to tell about the idea?
If it's a new idea you probably want to get a patent on it first before you start talking to people. You would be amazed at how cutthroat some people are, you don't want to be just starting to get off the ground with your idea and find out that one of the people you showed your design to is already selling the product and you can't do anything because you didn't have a patent on it.
Q: I just had an inspection on a home I'm under agreement to purchase and I'm overwelmed! The top 13 rows of brick on the chimney are shot along with the lining in the 2 flues. The roof shingles are on the brink of failure and the rafters can't be vented because the cathedral ceiling is insulated without baffles. the sills and window frames are rotted, the bottom 2' of board and batten siding is seriously rotted, we will need to move the electric meter to access some of the rotted siding, one toilet moves, one leaky heat pipe, bottom of garage door is rotten. We also need gutters. My time frame is narrow so any experience/advice on price would be appreciated. Thank you
sounds like you live up north but that will cost alot money 20,000 + on all the roof and chimney and rafters
Q: I have a 03 explorer and the windows and moon roof wont go up and the radio wont turn on i checked all the fuses they are all good I don't know what it could be could someone tell me what it could be
did you check that fuses were getting power. use a test light on both sides of fuses. most all power windows get power from drivers side . see if getting power to drivers switch for windows dont know about moon roof. look for relays.
Q: The roof of the roof roof leaking, the windows on the edge of a circle of wall paint are up, but also moldy. Looking for property and owners of the Committee are regardless, I would like to ask who should?
Skylight edge of the gap will be leaked to solve the first leakage of water and then remove the mold to facilitate the construction of the roof, then find the roof cracks can be a simple treatment and then use the corresponding fungicide no problem has been online at any time
Q: I have a 1983 VW Rabbit convertible that has been converted into a diesel vehicle (bio, anyone?) This car is in immaculate shape...the roof is in excellent condition, everything is clean and the car is virtually rust-free- The only complaint I have is when I have to drive it in the rain, the water comes in over the place where the window meets the gasket along the soft-top, usually immediately to the left of the driver's side seat and to the right of the passenger's side seat. The water doesn't pour in, it just drips. I could deal with the inconvenience if the seats didn't get wet and the interior didn't end up smelling like a pond after a few days...and because the car is so amazing on fuel, I want to keep driving it as much as possible (I do park it in the garage for the winter- it has not seen snow)Does anyone know if VW (or any other convertible company) makes an after-market rubber gasket that can be fitted to the window to help seal the area I am referring to? Thank you!!!!
The fuse box commonly burnt out on Rabbits. The fuel pump would start pulling too much current from a pump going bad (ran out of fuel) and the fuse box would burn the fuel pump circuit. Search the internet for new/old stock. A used one might not last long. Also make sure the fuel pump is not pulling too much amperage. Also, add lubricant to your gasoline every time you fill up to prevent it all from happening again. The oil in the gas keeps the pump lubed preventing burn out and over current situation. I use about 1 to 2 ounces of clean motor oil in every tankful of gas. Also, don't run out of gas.
