- Around a year back, i purchased a hp dv6 laptor for about half a lakh. As a complementary, the retailer offered me a motorokr mobile phone worth Rs.10000 for Rs.5500 extra. I bought the phone. Before opening the box, i looked for the reviews of the phone, which were mostly negative. So, I decided to sell it. I took it to THE MOBILE STORE who declined the offer. On asking, they told me that they themselves get the phone from motorola for 5500 and sell it to the customers for 10000. That means a profit for Rs.4500! I didn't sell it, and I use the phone and I hate it!

- Yes you can activate your old sidekick with T-Mobile. You would need to bring your old cell phone and activate that sim card as a prepaid. I recommend bringing that sim card and your cell phone to a nearby T-Mobile store and they will activate that sim card for you on the sidekick prepaid plan. The sidekick plan will cost you a $1.00 a day which includes unlimited text, internet, email and instant messaging. However if you receive calls or make calls it will cost you 15 cents a minute. So if you add up the fees it will cost you $30 or more per month for this plan.
