- Q: I would love some advice, I'm going to sign up for t-mobile but don't know which new phone has the best battery life-- I had a lot of problems with my last phone at verizon, so its really important to me that it'll last like at least two days also good keys for texting, and preferably a slider. I'm on a budget, so $50 or under is the best! I've been looking at samsung blast but heard it had bad battery quality
- My boyfriend and I both have T-Mobile. He has the blast and I had the Nokia 5310 (i recently upgraded to the G1.) The blast is an ok phone. The battery life is not anything amazing but it is ok. I really liked my Nokia 5310. It was compact, had a great music player and it had a long battery life. I know its not a slider phone but you should really check it out. They also have them on sale for $50, just at your budget!
- Q: 1) what does it involve?2) do you have to pay?3)do you keep your tariff?4) can you pick any phone or is there a selection to chose from?5) can you upgrade to a different network? On t-mobile uk thanks
- 1) Upgrading to a different phone 2) Well you change contract do depends if you have to buy the phone 3) you get a new one I think but keep your number 4) Well when you upgrade you have to get a phone that is more expensive that your current phone 5) no you have to upgrade through your network, if you're with t-mobile I think you can upgrade to EE, but if you want to go to like 3 or something you'll have to wait until your contract ends and cancel it, and get a new one with 3 for example.
- Q: I have a T-Mobile HP Phone Pocket PC thing and I use cingular. Can they unlock the phone to work with cingular?
- You can get it unlocked by tmobile they are the ones with the unlock codes for their phones if you have had service with them for over six months call their cust care and ask for their intrnational department and tell them you are traveling abroad and you need it unlocked .the thing is though when it gets unlocked thats all good for making voice calls and most of the time texting b ut for the data side of it and usually mms messaging it wont work until you load in the cingular software for the phone or have atech walk you through the network settings to input in it. the best way to contact them is to ask the first cust care person you get what the internationl depts email is and email them your request they will 90% of the time just email you back the unlock code and instructions. hope that helps
- Q: I bought an Android phone from T-Mobile and now, i am no longer with T-Mobile. Will my phone work if i get a phone plan with another company like boostmbile, virgin mobile etc using my cell phone .? Or do I have to buy another?
- You phone will probably only work with T-Mobile. You can unlock the SIM module and get service with ATT, but you won't get high-speed data. You can't use it with any other cell company in the US because they all use a different technology (CDMA) which is not compatible with T-Mobile hardware. You'll either have to stay with T-Moble, get GSM service from Straight Talk, or get another phone.
- Q: I am planning on getting a new phone from Virgin Mobile, and I have narrowed it down to the Rumor2 and the Rumor touch. Do you think it is worth paying the extra $40 to get the Rumor touch? If anyone has any reviews that would help also. Thanks!
- virgin mobile is for virgins.
- Q: I want to create a new Yahoo account. After I complete the page with all of my basic info (name, birthday, etc.), it takes me to a page where I can create my security questions and include a mobile phone number. I do not have a mobile phone. When I hit done, a message stating this information is required appears next to the mobile phone box, and I cannot complete registration without it. I have tried linking to an alternate email in the previous step but it still happens. What can I do?
- This is crazy!! Yahoo we deserve some answers why we can't create a account without a Mobile number? We have a right to our privacy not to be giving our number out also some people don't have a mobile phone so come on now fix this problem!
