Q:Need diagram for for hoist and pulley system on 1974 starcraft starmaster 8 pop up camper. PLEASE!!!!!?: Don't have a diagram, just some advice. I broke a cable on mine (newer model) and I took it to the local college that has an RV technician course. They were happy to have it as a training tool as this is a real world problem they could use as a lesson. They fixed good as new for only the price of the cable.

Q:I've got a 2003 Chevy Silverado and I had a leak so I changed the tire out. I had a pain getting the tire down from the hoist system located under the bed. But after a few tries I got it. I put the flat under the truck and into the cable assembly then started cranking it back up. The thing is that it did not completely tighten back up. The cable stopped moving up and it felt like it was just stripping out when I kept cranking. I know the hoist system has a feature so you can't strip it out so I know there was something I might have been doing wrong. The hoist cable had about 6 of slack and did not retract into the hoist. What am I doing wrong? Have you had this same issue?: I have read all the comments referring to this post, only to shake my head... LOL Obviously you will turn the tire from one side to the other to get the maximum amount of lift necessary to tighten the spare up. If you are able to change a tire you can figure that out. I am having the same problem with a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500. I had a flat, changed out the spare. Got the flat fixed and went to hoist the spare back only to get about 3 inches from the bed. So I lowered the hoist back down (And yes they are supposed to have a feature so you can not over tighten them) and tried to hoist again only this time it would not hoist at all. This has to be some kind of defect or manufacture's problem my truck has never had the spare tire off of the truck except to install it for the first time ever (Its New!) So I take the spare tire hoist off held by one bolt, and sure enough this hoisting device is a sealed with no way to properly disassemble and inspect. :( I am afraid buying a new hoist is the solution.

For helicopter it sound as the high tale the mor speed (just as for cow).It have meaning only speed of lifting itself in that case.So any amount of mass answer is.But slowly if there is only one horspower. There were the works of some scientist ,Gydrodinamics and it can be resolved by differentiation the proper equations for any mass,speeds and powers.
