- Q:why do the people in the beginning of the superduper great movie Pirates of the caribbean 3: at world's end sing hoist the colours? why???
- I had asked the same question four times, and haven't got a good answer
- Q:How can I lift my 93 cadillac DeVille ?
- IF you are speaking of a lift because you want to put larger wheels on it that is going to be quite difficult and expensive on that model because if it being FWD. Most of the cars that are commonly lifted are RWD. RWD is easier because for the front you just need a aftermarket spindle and on the rear there are multiple fairly easy ways to do it. Problem is with front drive you have to deal with the steering and drive at the same time. This is similar to a 4x4 truck which they lift all the time the difference in the trucks is that they have a front differential that the drive comes from. The lift kits include brackets and extensions to also lower the diff along with everything else. In a FWD car the differential is part of the transmission which is bolted direct to the engine so to move anything you have to move everything.

- Q:testload a 4000lbs chain hoist 125%how much weight do I need?
- Get a ruler in your hands. Measure things until you start to understand how a ruler works. Measure some stuff and figure out where the center is. Say you measure a book and it's 7/8 thick. You look at your ruler and see that every eighth is divided into two sixteenths, so obviously half of 7/8 is going to be 7/16. If you write that out you have 1/2 x 7/8 = 7/16. And you notice that 1/2 is divided into 2/4 and then into 4/8 and so on, so you can convert anything to anything by multiplying all the numbers on top and then all the numbers on bottom. Other rulers are divided into 10 and 100 parts. But an inch is still and inch, so anything on one ruler can be translated to the other ruler. A half inch on one ruler is 5/10 or 50/100 on the other. An eighth inch is just 12.5 marks when you have 100 marks per inch. A metric ruler divides an inch into 25.4 parts, so a half inch would be 12.7 of those parts. Pretty simple, isn't it? Practice this a bit and people will think you went to wizard school. Percent is simply a ruler with 100 marks. You are given that 100 marks are worth 4000 lbs so each mark is worth 40 lbs and 125 marks are worth 5000 lbs.

- I personally think you should end the poem. Full stop! In other words: You should not even have started it! The reason: You haven't got the faintest sense of language skills (less even than a pre-school child is supposed to have). You most definitely cannot spell, have not even the rudimentary basics of language knowledge and should rather leave poetry to people who truly have an interest in the spoken and written word! If you find my answer abusive, I am glad, because it is meant to be so, for anyone who would stoop so low in murdering the English language, do NOT deserve a sympathetic ear and should rather refrain from irritating people who at least know how to employ the freely provided and extremely handy Check Spelling box top right hand corner of this dialog box. Upon returning to see if anyone else commented, I read the contribution by Cinnamon. WOW!! Double WOW!!! That is what an excellent poem SHOULD look like! Thanks Cinnamon! You've saved the day by bringing a smattering of sanity back to these pages!
- Q:Do electric gourds still belong to special equipment
- According to the above definition, electric single-girder crane, electric single-girder suspension crane, explosion-proof girder crane, wire rope electric hoist, explosion-proof electric hoist wire rope and so on, do not belong to the scope of special equipment management. If it is electric block bridge crane, the electric hoist is the special equipment management scope.
- Q:To install two tons of electric gourd, the span of 6 meters is required for the type of i-steel
- In the attachment, I send you a sheet of steel. You can refer to it. According to the theory, 2 t hoist with 20 a 6 m span beams, but now consider the national conditions, should rise a again, and may appear overload and safety point of view, advice for a 25. In addition, I will give you a piece of steel size/dimension/weight picture.
- Q:whilst Lebrick choked up 4 straight post season appearances? Will you now go back to talking about his triple doubles and also hope that having 2 top 25 players on his team will make up for him choking and getting shut down in big games?BQ: Why do you bring Jordan and Wilt Chamberlain up when trying to hate on Kobe? Is it because you know there is nobody else you can throw into the conversation basketball section?BQ2: Does Kobes 80,60, and 50 point games make you feel insecure about Lebrick?
- Man your sick a Kobe dic*rider
- Q:I have a 1972 Ford Thunderbird that I am fixing up. It's got a big old 429 in it that needs a head gasket replacement. However, I can't get the intake manifold to come loose. I got out all of the bolts, I tried the rubber mallet and block of wood trick, tried using a crowbar, tried spraying WD-40 and engine de-greaser around the seam, and it's still air-tight. Do any of you have a trick for getting it off?
- Any responsible dealership would have degreased and pressure cleaned your motor. I would be writing a letter to the workshop manager, the Dealer Principal of the car yard, and, if that fails to get you a good result, write to the manuacture of your car, and tell them how a dealership who represents them does its work and treats is customers. It should only take 10-15 minutes of driving with a horrid smell for the oil to burn off. I would phone your dealership and ask them to pay for your motor to be cleaned by a detailers. Then I would find another dealership. If they stuff up putting oil in, they cant be too competent.
