Product Overview
The comprehensive technical performance and economic indicator of PP-R are much better than galvanized pipe, UPVC pipe, polyethylene-aluminum compound pipe, PE-X (cross-linked polyethylene) and polybutylene pipe etc. For this reason PP-R is the leading products and widely used for feed-water piping in developed countries in Europe and America.
Nowadays PPR pipes win more attention and have been used all over the whole world more widely with its excellent sanitization performance, high heat resistance, compression resistance, corrosion resistance, pliability and seismic performance which make PP-R the real environmental friendly pipe.

- Q: Do plastic tubes require any special handling or storage?
- Yes, plastic tubes may require special handling and storage to ensure their longevity and functionality. It is important to avoid exposing plastic tubes to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or chemicals that could degrade or damage the material. Additionally, they should be stored in a clean and dry environment to prevent contamination. Proper handling techniques, such as avoiding excessive bending or squeezing, should be followed to prevent any deformities or leaks in the tubes.
- Q: I keep my hamster in a Rotastak cage, which is connected with plastic tubes. The thing about this is my hamster likes to use them as a toilet, making me have to clean her cage more often and it's just disgusting! How can I stop her doing this??
- My science teacher taught this to me. She uses a little container (a flat dish of some sort); I used one of those hummus containers. Fill it with kitty litter (any kind), and she will go there to pee all the time. Don't know how, but it worked with my hamster. Try it! Those hamster litter and potty things never work from the store.
- Q: Can plastic tubes be used for waste management systems?
- Yes, plastic tubes can be used for waste management systems. They are commonly used in various applications such as sewer lines, drainage systems, and underground piping for transporting and managing waste materials effectively. Plastic tubes offer advantages such as durability, resistance to corrosion, and ease of installation, making them suitable for waste management purposes.
- Q: The water dispenser tube on the outside front has a hard yellow substance on the end of the tube. I don't know what it is or how to get the tube out to clean it.
- Sounds like sulphur. You must have sulphur in your water. Scrap it off and expect to have to do it again. Good luck I believe the GE models the tube is foamed in place not changable by itself. The entire door would have to be changed out. very expenssive. Try a small bottle type brush to clear it. Good luck
- Q: This connector is used with plastic tubing and is inserted into a rubber stopper (which is in turn inserted into a waste flask). The 'wings' are for holding the tubing in place. Previously this connector is believed to have been bought through Fisher Scientific, but recent searches (with out knowing the name of this item) have not yielded results. If anyone has any suggestions of where to obtain this or what this is called it would be greatly appreciated.
- This looks a little like a spring clamp, though not any of the ones presently sold by Fisher. Is the purpose just to hold tubing leading into a waste flask? I have been using a clamp-free setup that I put together by forcing a cut piece of a plastic 5-mL pipet through the stopper. The outside diameter of the pipet is just a little bigger than the waste line, so the waste line fits snugly, even under vacuum. You could probably use a small hose clamp from an auto parts store.
- Q: Production technology of recycled PE plastic pipes
- PE is a polyethylene plastic English code, recycled materials can be produced by waste polyethylene plastics, such as polyethylene films, plastic film, waste pipe, milk bottles, plastic pots etc..
- Q: I once saw a tunnel tube part that is just a small flat part with holes in it. It would allow you to connect, say, two cages together and allow the hamsters in those cages to see and smell each other but NOT pass through. I have been looking for this part but I cannot seem to find it again. If anyone has a website, I would appreciate it very much
- you're turning out to be a multitude and it will stink i does no longer do it sounds cool yet nasty all the way around you mustn't be waiting to get the hamster poo or pee up out of the flooring partitions tubes think of of ways your homestead will scent
- Q: Do plastic tubes have any limitations in terms of light transmission?
- Yes, plastic tubes can have limitations in terms of light transmission. The type of plastic used, its thickness, and the presence of additives or impurities can affect the amount of light that can pass through the tube. Some plastics may have higher light absorption or scattering properties, which can reduce the amount of light transmitted through the tube. Additionally, longer or curved plastic tubes may cause further light loss due to internal reflection or refraction.
- Q: i bought 6 goldfish and there in a plastic tankbut theres no air tube yet i have a bigger tank that i need 2 set up but do my fish have enough air cuz there like coming to the surface like there trying to get air
- depends on the size of the tank I would say just move them to a bigger tank or put more plants in the tank.
- Q: How long do plastic tubes last?
- The lifespan of plastic tubes can vary depending on factors such as the type of plastic used, the quality of the tube, and its usage conditions. However, on average, plastic tubes can last anywhere from a few months to several years.
