Product Overview
The comprehensive technical performance and economic indicator of PP-R are much better than galvanized pipe, UPVC pipe, polyethylene-aluminum compound pipe, PE-X (cross-linked polyethylene) and polybutylene pipe etc. For this reason PP-R is the leading products and widely used for feed-water piping in developed countries in Europe and America.
Nowadays PPR pipes win more attention and have been used all over the whole world more widely with its excellent sanitization performance, high heat resistance, compression resistance, corrosion resistance, pliability and seismic performance which make PP-R the real environmental friendly pipe.

- Q: How are plastic tubes stored and transported?
- Plastic tubes are typically stored and transported in a variety of ways depending on their size and purpose. They are often packaged in cardboard boxes or plastic bags, with each tube individually sealed or capped to prevent contamination or damage. For transportation, these packaged tubes are commonly placed on pallets and secured with stretch wrap or straps to ensure stability and prevent any movement. Larger quantities of tubes may be loaded onto trucks or shipping containers, while smaller quantities can be shipped via courier services or mail. Overall, the storage and transportation methods prioritize protecting the tubes from any potential harm or deformation during handling and transit.
- Q: it has one hose connected to one end and two hoses on the other end. think it might have something to do with heater core or something.
- the single end is attached to the lower radiator hose the double end one hose goes to the lower part of the intake and the other goes to the heater core this is just a transfer tube across the front of the vehicle
- Q: what is dialysis tubing? how can it be used to demonstrate osmosis?
- Dialysis tubing is actually a semi-permeable membrane when used in water. Experiments illustrating osmosis and pressure gradients across a membrane use dialysis tubing. This tubing usually comes in rolls and when wet, will open up into a cylindrical tube that can be tied off at the ends. The tubing can also be fitted over a thistle tube for such experiments. Dialysis tubing is literally a semi-permeable sheet of plastic. [Like a cell membrane, it can allow certain things in, but not everything.] In a dialysis tubing experiment, one fills the inside of the sheet with a concentrated liquid of some sort and then seals off the open ends of the tube. Then, one places the tube and liquid into another type of liquid and after awhile, the liquid from the outside moves inside the tube. What I did for my first dialysis tubing experiment was filling the inside of the tube with a concentrated starch solution and placed the tubing into a beaker of Lugol's solution diluted with distilled water. After a 1/2 hr, some of the Lugol's and distilled water will have entered the dialysis tubing. One can see that osmosis has happened because the Lugol's in the tube would have turned blue when in contact with the starch. Osmosis caused the diluted/unconcentrated solution of Lugol's and dH2O to go through the semi permeable membrane and into the concentrated solution of starch. Like a cell's membrane, if the outside of the cell is more concentrated, the cell would lose water because the the water will leave the cell and go for the concentrated outside environment. If the inside of the cell was more concentrated than the outside, the outside water will go into the cell through the semipermeable membrane.
- Q: Are plastic tubes suitable for packaging electronics or electrical components?
- Yes, plastic tubes are suitable for packaging electronics or electrical components. They provide protection against moisture, dust, and other contaminants, ensuring the safety and integrity of the components during storage or transportation. Additionally, plastic tubes can be customized with inserts or padding to provide extra cushioning and prevent damage to the delicate components.
- Q: What are the applications of plastic tubes in the medical field?
- Plastic tubes have various applications in the medical field. They are commonly used for intravenous (IV) therapy to deliver fluids, medications, and blood products directly into the bloodstream. Plastic tubes are also used for catheterization, allowing for drainage of fluids or insertion of contrast agents for diagnostic imaging. Additionally, plastic tubes are utilized in endotracheal tubes for airway management during surgery or respiratory support. These tubes are crucial in providing life-saving interventions and ensuring patient care and comfort in the medical field.
- Q: This is for an engineering class. The tower cannot have any supports and must extend horizontally over 7 feet without touching the floor. It can bend. It is also going to be extended from a 1.5 inch plastic tube. Please answer ASAP! Need answer before 11/28/07. Thanks
- You need to provide a sketch of some kind. Cannot visualize your problem.
- Q: underwater does air move faster thru metal or plastic tubing?
- it's exactly the same. unless the plastic tubing is under pressure by the water. if it's the same size tube, it won't matter.
- Q: does it matter where you pur the fluid and how much should be poured in my vanhave a radiator caop and then like a long plastic tube that goes down to the engine and says coolant on it...where do i pour the antifreeze??
- Fill-up the plastic container The plastic container that connects to your radiator is the extra fluid. The level of fluid in that container will rise and lower as the heat of the fluid changes, but should be at the full mark when your car has not been running. If you are loosing fluid due to a leak and it gets too low fill it up with water. Radiator Coolant is used particularly in places were its cold, because its much harder to freeze. But if you run out, your car could over heat.
- Q: How are plastic tubes sealed?
- Plastic tubes are sealed using various methods such as heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, adhesive sealing, or crimping.
- Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to impact strength?
- Yes, plastic tubes are generally resistant to impact strength.
