- FOr my two boxers we used a large plastic dog bed (available form any pet shop) and then we just lined it with blankets, towels, whatever. If the towels or blankets get dirty/wrecked they can be washed or binned, and then put new ones in, and the bed can be scrubbed down with soap and water- a lot cheaper than buying a whole new bed.

- Q: Hey everyone. My daughter turned 2 in September, and she's been having some sleeping issues. She has always slept in her own crib, but lately she doesn't want to sleep in it. She would rather sleep on our couch! LOL It makes me think she is ready for a change. So my husband and I were thinking about getting her a Disney Princess Toddler Bed for Christmas. I showed it to her, and she loved it. I think this will be the best decision for her since she is so petite, and I really don't think she is quite ready for a twin bed. Also, where we are currently living, her room is kinda on the small side. But I have a lot of people telling me it's pointless to buy a toddler bed since in a few years she will need a twin. I think it's best to get her a smaller bed for now and try to get her back to sleeping good in her room and then later on get a twin bed. What do you think? Thanks is advance for all of your help!! - i personally find toddler beds to be a complete waste of money, why spend hundreds on a bed that shell use for a year, two years tops, and then youll have to buy a whole new bed. instead, i would get a twin bed and put rails on it until im sure that she wont fall out and shes big enough to take the fall.

- Bed bugs only thrive in excessively filthy, run down conditions. Unless your bed is in a seedy motel or you just bought your mattress from Good Will, you'll be fine. Also, bed bugs are like mosquitos and bite you during the night leaving a puffy, itchy spot on your body. Unless you've been waking up itchy for the last however long, you don't have bed bugs.

- Bed bugs are the nastiest bugs on earth. I slept for one night in a motel in Cleveland and got no less than 152 bites. They are miserable cursed things. You could force the immigration of a whole nation just by dumping bed bugs on their towns and cities. They feed on your blood usually with three bites in a row....breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then they itch, and itch, and itch...worse than a mosquito bite. Then they turn into welts, and those welts will open up and a small amount of escretement comes out. I'm telling you these things are a horror. I would rather be stung by bees.
